The condensation heat transfer of CO2-steam mixture on V-shaped stainless steel vertical fluted surface was investigated. It is shown that the heat transfer characteristics of two V-shaped vertical fluted surfaces were superior to flat plate within the CO2 concentration range of 80% to 94%. The heat transfer coefficient of 1 mm×2 mm fluted surface increased 8.51%~15.4% than flat surface. The heat transfer characteristics of 1 mm×2 mm fluted surface were superior to the 0.5 mm×1 mm within CO2 concentration range of 20%~94%, so the proper increase of the fin spacing and height can improve the heat transfer process.
