An air supply apparatus of an air lubrication type ship of the present invention includes a turbocharger 10, taking-out means, a pressure-increasing path 41a, a bypass path 51, and path selecting means which selects the pressure-increasing path 41a and the bypass path 51, and the path selecting means selects the pressure-increasing path 41a and/or the bypass path 51 to supply the pressure-increased air and/or the pressurized air and eject the same to the surroundings of the ships hull. Therefore, even if pressure of pressurized air supplied to the main engine 6 by the turbocharger 10 is varied by output of the main engine 6, and even if draft pressure is varied by a loaded state, pressure of the pressurized air can be increases in accordance with the variations and the pressurized air can be ejected, energy efficiency is high and an energy saving effect can be enhanced.

A layer-forming device that enables highly efficient layer formation and has a simplified configuration includes: a substrate feeding mechanism; a plasma-generating electrode; a space-partitioning wall; and a plurality of injectors. The plasma-generating electrode is disposed to face towards a feeding pathway of the substrate, and generates plasma using a reactive gas upon a supply of electric power. The space-partitioning wall is disposed between the feeding pathway and the plasma-generating electrode. A plurality of slit-shaped through-holes, through which radicals, ions generated from the plasma, or a portion of the plasma can pass, is formed at predetermined intervals in the space-partitioning wall. The plurality of injectors are sandwiched between the space-partitioning wall and the feeding pathway, such that each of the injectors is sandwiched between two adjacent through-holes from both sides of the two through-holes in the feeding direction, and the layer-forming gas is supplied toward the substrate through a layer-forming gas supply port.

The present invention provides a primer set used for transformation that imparts a uracil requiring property by deleting or destroying a gene coding for orotidine-5-phosphate decarboxylase in Moorella bacteria. The present invention is accomplished by a primer set that is used for creating a uracil requiring strain obtained by deleting or destroying a gene coding for orotidine-5-phosphate decarboxylase in Moorella bacteria by homologous recombination and is represented by SEQ ID No. 1 and 2 that amplify an upstream region adjacent to said gene coding for orotidine-5-phosphate decarboxylase.

A wave power generation device which eliminates addition of an adjustment mechanism relating to a change in a mass or a shape to a float and an external sensor such as a wave meter and can improve power generation efficiency by synchronizing a vertical movement of the float with all the wave periods while a manufacturing cost of the wave power generation device is suppressed and a method of controlling the same are provided. A wave power generation device has a controller which controls a torque of a power generator, and the controller has a configuration in which a displacement and a speed of a float are estimated from data of a rotation number or a rotation speed of the power generator, a wave period is estimated from the displacement and the speed, and a displacement coefficient corresponding to the wave period is determined from a data table stored in advance and a configuration in which a calculated product of the displacement coefficient and the displacement is transmitted as a torque command to the power generator so as to control a torque of the power generator.

When a film is formed atomic layer by atomic layer with a use of a raw material gas and a reaction gas, a raw material gas is supplied into a film-forming space in which a substrate is placed to adsorb a component of the raw material gas onto the substrate. Then, a reaction gas is supplied into the film-forming space. Plasma is produced in the film-forming space using the reaction gas supplied so that part of a component of the raw material gas adsorbed on the substrate reacts with the reaction gas. At this moment, a duration of production of the plasma is set within a range of 0.5 millisecond to 100 milliseconds according to a degree of at least one property of a film to be formed, and a density of power input to the plasma source is in a range of 0.05 W/cm^(2 )to 10 W/cm^(2).

[Problem] To provide a method of molding a gas hydrate pellet for improving convenience of handling of a natural gas hydrate during transportation and storage, and thereby improving the practical use of the natural gas hydrate. [Solution] Gas hydrate slurry is fed in a compression chamber 21, and pressure and compression are applied to the gas hydrate slurry by advancing a compression plunger 21e. At that time, a stroking speed of the compression plunger 21e is set minimum, preferably less than a value expressed by a stroke length of the compression plunger 21e at compression x 10^(-2) (m/min). By advancing the compression plunger 21e at low speed, binding between particles of the gas hydrate is tightened, thereby the gas hydrate pellet with increased shearing strength can be molded.
