The aims of paper consist to present the results of experiments conducted within the Project 71-080 unfolded as part of the 2nd Romanian National Research Programme- NCMP, which resulted in obtaining some materials with high quality characteristics, which should lead to obtaining products of complex geometry and improved chemical-structural features by metallurgy technologies, meant to be used in the medical industry. The paper presents the physical-chemical, mechanic and structural features of the composite materials of Ti6Al4V and Ti6Al7Nb alloys. There are presented in a detailed manner the possibilities to realize some TiON/TiO2 thin films deposits on Ti6Al4V/ Ti6Al7Nb alloys support by a new PVD technique which suppose a combined magnetron sputtering and ion implantation (CMSII). SC ARTEGO SA, Rubber and Renewable Department and Power Station, following the processes or different technological operations, removes residual gaseous effluents, which contain pollutants: CO, NOx, SO2, particulate matter, SO2, H2S, ammonia, mercaptani, acroleina and COV. After cycle devulcanization opening and autoclaves, hot gases are discharged through a tubing into the atmosphere after passage through scruber. Its role is to drop the gas temperature, the concentration decrease in emissions and to retain the fine particles of dust (pudreta rubber), involved with the gaseous pollutants. For rubber devulcanization, are used in frequently as an agent of regeneration, environmental aromatic oil (type Teleajen). To calculate the actual height of the sources of pollution and dispersion parameters were used formulas developed by Briggs in 1982. Emissions of pollutants SO2, H2S, NH3, and COV acroleina determined to cart exhaust, the entry and exit of the scrubber initial and of the scrubber modernized by decreasing pressure comparison with CMA, are represented graphically. © SGEM2012 All Rights Reserved by the International Multidisciplinary Scientific GeoConference SGEM Published by STEF92 Technology Ltd. Cermet hard metal alloys based on titanium carbide/titanium carbonitride and tungsten carbide are known for large their applicability because of remarkable properties of high wear, oxidation and corrosion resistance.In order to obtain performance compositions with high content of TiCN up to 70%, 20% concentrations of metallic binder Ni, and 10% of WC, where selected for investigation in this paper. The sintered cermets work pieces obtained experimentally were coated with extra-hard layers type TiC, TiCN using a new technique PVD including a magnetron sputtering combined with an ionic implant. The plasma was produced by a magnetron discharge and the procedure can be defined as a Combined Magnetron Sputtering and Ion Implantation (CMSII). Source

The paper analyzes in a complex manner as well the technological conditions of manufacturing biologically active surgical multifunctional implant, which are the most adequate medical applications, as those ones given by the use of multifunctional materials with bioactive influence obtained by applying innovative technologies involved in the behavior of implants used in clinic medical practice.The aim of the present paper consists in establishing an innovative technology for pure Ti, Ti6Al4V respectively Ti6Al4Nb bars manufacturing, with diameter sizes ranging between Φ4-Φ25 mm for biologically active multifunctional surgical implants, which are the most adequate for medical applications. The paper presents the researches made in order to analyse the influence of plastic deformation parameters upon the structural characteristics of microalloyed steel, having the chemical composition: C = 0,41%; Mn = 1,42 %; V = 0,1 %. This type of steel is characterized by the fact that after the aplication of a hot plastic deformation, controlled as thermal regime and as deformation diagram , the structural transformations lead to the obtaining of a thin austenite granulation at the temperature of the end of plastic granulation, which, at cold transforms itself into a thin ferrite -perlitic structure.The steel is ensured with superior resistance and toughness characteristics and it is permitted its utilization in the motor vehicle industry without secondary thermal treatment.
