The present invention provides a synchronous servo feeding system for punching machine and the method for operating the same. According to the present invention, a servo feeding device is provided on one side of a punching machine for guiding a material strip into the punching machine for processing. In addition, a servo pulling device is provided on the other side of the punching machine for conveying a finished strip from the punching machine. Besides, a central servo control system is provided for controlling the servo feeding device and the servo pulling device. Thereby, the material strip can be fed and pulled synchronously.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a negative plate of a secondary battery, which includes the following steps: providing multiple sheets of functional graphene; compressing the functional graphene to form a graphene target; providing copper foil, and forming a microstructure on a surface of the copper foil, so as to strengthen attachment between a graphene layer and the copper foil; depositing the graphene target on the microstructure of the surface of the copper foil, to form the graphene layer; and repairing the graphene layer by using an excimer laser. The foregoing manufacturing method can greatly prolong a cycle life of the whole graphene cathode, and increase a reversible capacitance of a battery.

An anti-roll bar device with a variable rigidity has a first arm assembly having multiple first joining units, a second arm assembly having multiple second joining units, and a variable rigidity unit mounted between the first arm assembly and the second arm assembly and having multiple abutment portions and a variable rigidity coefficient. The first and second joining units are staggered with each other annularly and abut the abutment portions. When a vehicle passes a bumpy terrain, a slight force is exerted on the variable rigidity unit and is absorbed by the variable rigidity unit, such that the vehicle can be kept from tilting and shaking up and down. When the vehicle is in cornering, a larger force is exerted on the variable rigidity unit to increase a rigidity of the variable rigidity unit, such that the variable rigidity unit can transfer torques to keep the vehicle from tilting.

A method of heat treatment of a metal material is disclosed. The method of heat treatment includes heating the metal material to a first temperature through a heating fixture, and reducing the first temperature of the metal material to a second temperature through a cooling apparatus performing a fast cooling operation. The fast cooling operation has a high cooling speed of 80 C./sec to 200 C./sec. As such, the processed metal material can have the required mechanical properties.

The present invention relates to an external skeletal fixator, which comprises a fixing member and a stereoscopic hood. The fixing member is disposed on a first end surface of the stereoscopic hood. The diameter of a second end surface of the stereoscopic hood is greater than that of the first end surface of the stereoscopic hood. When the stereoscopic hood is disposed to a pin passing through a skin tissue and a bone tissue, the second end surface of the stereoscopic hood is against the skin tissue surrounding a pin-skin interface and thus covering the stereoscopic hood over the pin-skin interface. The first end surface and a sidewall of the stereoscopic hood do not contact the pin-skin interface and the skin tissue around. Thereby, the contact area between the isolating structure and the pin-skin interface is reduced and the isolating structure blocks external germs from entering via the pin-skin interface.
