A unitary tray component comprising: (a) a press-molded pre-shaped unitary tray structure (10) having an interior surface and including a base portion (18), a side wall portion (14, 16) extending upward from the base portion, and a flange portion (12) extending peripherally from the side wall portion, the flange portion having manufacturing pleats or creases (C); (b) a composite polymer film (20) blow-molded onto the base, side wall, and flange portion of the interior surface such that the composite polymer film is seamlessly, creaselessly and integrally bonded thereto for enabling a hermetic seal to be created between the pre-shaped unitary tray structure and a lid component.

This invention relates to bituminous compositions and methods of producing the same. More particularly, the invention relates to the production of bituminous compositions formulated with performance-graded bitumen-containing solvent-free bitumen emulsions which exhibit controllable, temperature-dependent interfacial rheology. When employed in paving applications, these bituminous compositions develop adhesive strength and load-bearing strength properties at rates comparable to traditional hot mix paving compositions and at rates faster than traditional cold mix paving compositions.

The present description provides composite polymer compositions comprising a plastomeric material, an elastomeric material or a combination thereof, and an additive, for example, a dispersant or surface active agent (i.e., surfactant). The description also provides methods of manufacturing and using the same, e.g., to improve or modify the performance of adhesive materials, such as, for example, asphalt.


In one embodiment, an apparatus and a method of manufacturing a paperboard tray therewith is provided. In particular, a hub is configured to rotate about a shaft. On the hub, a plurality of first molds are formed in the hub. Conversely, a plurality of second molds are each disposed above each of the plurality of first molds respectively and rotate above the first molds. In this configuration, the plurality of second molds are configured to move in unison with the plurality of first molds as the hub and second molds rotate and to move orthogonally towards and then away from the first molds as the second molds rotate.

In one embodiment, an apparatus (100) and a method of manufacturing a paperboard tray (160) therewith is provided. In particular, a hub (120) is configured to rotate about a shaft (110). The package includes a two-part locking mechanism for locking the lockable receptacle within the outer container. The outer container also has a release mechanism (760) for deactivating the two-part locking mechanism for withdrawal of the lockable receptacle.
