The present invention relates to a method for calculating the change of signals starting from the originally detected temporal signals (_102 ), comprising the following steps: (a) eliminating the drift in the originally detected temporal signals with time to get _(i )signals; (b) removing the xi signals existing outside the range of 80% to 120% of the averaged value of all the _(i )signals to get residual signals as x _(2 )signals; (c) dividing the _(2 )signals into 14-100 sections; (d) finding the averaged value of the _(2 )signals in each section to get _(3 )signals; (e) optionally neglecting one or two of the first _(3 )signals and selecting six to nine _(3 )signals with the smallest value of standard deviation in initial sections, wherein the initial sections are the first one-fourth part to half part of all sections; (f) eliminating the drift in the selected _(3 )signals of step (e) with time to get _(4 )signals; (g) selecting six to nine _(3 )signals with the smallest value of standard deviation in terminal sections, wherein the terminal sections are the last one-fourth part to half part of all sections; (h) eliminating the drift in the selected _(3 )signals of step (g) with time to get _(5 )signals; and (i) finding the difference between the mean values of the _(4 )and _(5 )signals.

The present invention provides a testing kit for detecting aquatic animal virus and a method thereof. The device comprises an AC magnetic susceptibility coil set, a signal capturing unit, and a signal processing unit. The present invention provides a method for detecting the risk of Alzheimers disease, comprising detecting immunomagnetic reduction signals of two biological markers in a biological sample from a subject, wherein the two biological markers is tau protein and A-42 protein, respectively; and calculating concentrations of the above two biological markers and using the product of the concentrations of the above two biological markers to diagnosing the risk of Alzheimers disease , wherein the concentration is calculated by the conversion of the magnetic reduction signals.

The invention provides a low-field nuclear magnetic resonance system for measuring a magnetic resonance signal of an object. The low-field nuclear magnetic resonance system includes a pre-magnetization module, a uniform magnetic field coil module, a pulse and receiving coil module, a filter amplifier module, a signal acquisition module and a processing module. The pre-magnetization module is used to establish a pre-magnetization field in the object to increase magnetization of the object. The uniform magnetic field coil module is used to change a resonance frequency and background magnetic field intensity of the object during nuclear magnetic resonance measurement by regulating a magnetic field of the coil. The processing module further includes a programming object for controlling timing processing and signal analysis of the measurement process.

Present invention relates to a device magnetically separating a sample. The preferred material for the device is plastic. The device is a cuboid plate, which consists of one or two bottom sides and at least two lateral sides. The bottom side has wells on it to accommodate magnetic elements, and the magnetic element which is suitable to be accommodated into the wells comprising column shape, half-column shape, or half circular column shape magnetic elements. The magnetic element comprises permanent magnet or electromagnet, and the permanent magnet is selected from the group consisting of alnico, samarium cobalt, neodymium iron boron, or magnetic ceramic materials. The magnetic elements can adsorb the magnetic samples in the micro plate.
