The asymptotic behavior of a modified discrete stochastic optimization procedure (SOP) in a Markov environment in an averaging scheme is investigated. Additional SOP optimization parameters are introduced and are used to investigate the behavior of fluctuations on increasing time intervals. The normalization-dependent form of the limit generator is established, and a modified discrete SOP is shown to be asymptotically normal when the introduced parameters assume certain values. © 2015 Springer Science+Business Media New York

The mathematical models of thermally-induced degradation processes in solids with nano- and microscale topological disordering - bulk and thick-film ceramic composites based on mixed transition-metal manganites are considered. It was shown that degradation transformations in these materials are best described by stretched or suppressed exponential relaxation function. The stretched exponential degradation kinetics is proper to own degradation transformations in such one-type systems as bulk ceramics and multilayered thick-film structures. The mechanism of degradation transformations in one-layered thick films, including two or more different on their origin elementary are described by suppressed exponential kinetics. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd. The computational structure of discrete sine transform (DST) using convolvers is considered. The synthesis of forsterite-based ceramic nanopowders using sol-gel method assisted by further thermal treatment has been performed. X-ray diffraction and SEM analysis of the obtained nanopowders are presented. Detailed impedance spectroscopy study of the forsterite nanoceramics doped with Cr3+, Y3+ and Zr4+ ions has been carried out. Impedance spectra are interpreted in terms of equivalent circuits. Peculiarities of the electrical properties for each of the materials under study are discussed. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

The structures of basis matrices for efficient computation discrete cosine transforms (DCT) using cyclic convolutions for size the integer power of prime is considered.
