China's mineral resource consumption has gone through multiple increases since 1980, resulting in the inadequacy of important strategic resources and a high level of external dependence. Some developed countries have already reduced primary resources consumption through urban mining. Can China also break through the bottleneck of the resource shortage and continue its economic and social development through strengthening of urban mining? This article selected copper (Cu), aluminum (Al), lead (Pb), and iron (Fe) as case studies and established predictive models for metal demand, recycling, and stock, based on stock analysis, material flow analysis, and a life distribution model, and then analyzed the metabolism of the four resources and compared the environmental effects of three scenarios. The study indicates that the urban mining potential of Cu, Fe, Al, and Pb will attain 8.1, 711.6, 37.0, and 12.1 million tonnes, respectively, in 2040. Compared with 2010, the substitution rate (secondary metals substituting primary metals) of Cu and Fe increase by 25.4% and 59.9%, whereas external dependence decreases by 30.8% and 25.7%. However, substitution is not obvious regarding Al and Pb. The low resource scenario decreases resources use, which will reduce external dependence in the short term, whereas the strengthened recovery scenario increases resource recovery and has a larger effect in reducing external dependence in the long term. So, in line with urban mining in the future, China should change its environment and resource strategy, further strengthen layout and construction of urban mining demonstration bases, and encourage the use of recyclable resources to provide a better foundation for urban mining. © 2015, Yale University.

Decision tree (decision tree), also known as decision tree is a kind of information theory-based, decision tree data structure based on this classification algorithm. Categorized the decision tree in the field of data mining has been studied for many years, and had a lot of algorithms, such as the early ID3, and later improved C4.5, stressed that the algorithm can scale SLIQ and SPRIN. This article proposes to construct E-commerce recommendation system by using the ART neural network and product ontology to make up for these deficiencies. Firstly, this paper analyzes the various decisionmaking algorithms for classification learning. This paper presents the decision tree learning algorithm in the field of data mining classification by using inductive decision tree classification. The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the performance of classification.

The traditional motorcycle meters are driven by the separate motors, these devices are simple and easy to be controlled, stable performance, but dial space has not been fully utilized. This paper introduces the double index show of motorcycle speed and speed, focus on analysis of dual-axis stepper motor driven connections, drive mode and the driver circuit design. The results of experiment and application shows that the coaxial two-pointer motorcycle display instrument has good repeatability, good linear scale, fast response, no jitter, high reliability and relatively small size and many other advantages, instrumentation stepper motor driver with dual-axis motor instrument design meet the relevant requirements of motorcycle meter, can be easily to achieve motor servo system driven synchronous control of double axis step-drive electromotor. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications.

A new method based on matlab matrix algorithm is proposed for analyzing the mechanism of MIMO non-linear system. Firstly, the mechanism is regarded as a system and system model is established. Secondly, the transfer matrix is got by separating relations between input and output, the equivalents are acquired by pseudo-inverse, then the kinematic analysis of mechanism is realized, which provide theory basis for the design of mechanism in a sense. IDS (Intrusion Detection) is through a computer network or computer system from a number of key points in the collection of information and analyze, from a network or system is found in violation of security policy behavior and signs of an attack, while making response. As a mathematical tool, wavelet analysis has been widely used in signal analysis, image processing, numerical analysis, etc. This paper presents the development of intrusion detection system based on wavelet network and proposes the wavelet network algorithm based intrusion detection system. Finally, the paper designs a wavelet-based network intrusion detection system. And verified through simulation experiments of this intrusion detection system is feasible.

Using energy-harvesting technology can make the work scope of passive radio frequency identification tag to achieve the maximum.The study put forward to collecting light from the solar cell share tag antenna area, that provides the power source except from the reader receive to electromagnetic power,which to activate the label circuit. In order to make solar cell to the influence of the tag antenna to minimum,so optimize it with electromagnetic simulation on its position.The collected dc power could convert into the radio frequency with the efficient E-class oscillator, as well as it could flow into the radio frequency identification tag terminal with the aid of the proper designed coupled circuit.The oscillation frequency is selected on the principle of not affecting the operation of label back scattering.The presented oscillator is showed in the simulations.The E-class oscillator is used together with other forms of collection technology,such as thermoelectric collect machine. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
