Probability insecurity index is the core of probabilistic model of power system security assessment based on DSR. Through the numerical simulation experiment, to the same transmission line, we discover the change of DSR of different fault position has a certain regularity. According to that, the paper presents a rapid calculation to calculate insecurity probabilistic index based on method of angle even rotation. The method only needs the accurate DSR of the two end points, we can calculate the DSR of other locations on the same transmission line rapidly, and then we can get insecurity probabilistic index. Test on WSCC4-11 system shows the calculation speed increases significantly, the biggest error is about 1.96%, that can meet the needs of the engineering calculation.

Power Line carrier Communication (PLC) technology is widely used in electric power data acquisition system, most of them adopt Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM, Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) technology, and the asynchronous pulse noise and periodic impulse noise in the power line have a great influence on the performance of OFDM power system, especially the greatest influence on the reliability of the system, due to the bit error rate of the system. Aiming at this problem, this paper uses OFDM signal sparse time-domain, eliminates impulse noise on the sending signal in the receiving terminal, and reduces the the calculation amount of the receiver, which improves the reliability of the system. The simulation results show that the proposed equalizing scheme eliminates the influence of impulse noise effectively and reduces the bit error rate.

In order to improve the reliability and effectiveness of the power line carrier communication, this paper proposes a signal processing method conducted at sending device terminal, i.e. phase adjustment precoding method. By using that the phase change of sending multiple carrier signal is different, it can change the superposition power of multiple carrier signal, thus reduce the peak-to-average ratio (PAR) of power line carrier communication. It analyzes the causes of the formation of PAR, and puts forward an optimization problem to solve each carrier sending phase by minimizing sending power as the objective function. Simulation results show that the precoding method can effectively restrain the high PAR problem of power line carrier communication and improve the reliability of the communication without any increase of complexity, which proves the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
