This paper analyzes the blanket's important position in new product samples and the defects of traditional blanket production, then introduces a method to simplify the blanket design work by using the daily office software Excel. With the special function in Excel formula blanket of the reasonable application design, can greatly reduce yarn batch of recorded time, decrease yarn batch entry wrong occurs, improve the design of the single blanket production efficiency, effectively decrease blanket production cycle, and well prepared for the next selection work. At the same time, this method can benefit the complicated entry work in the textile factory.

It is difficult to nursing the traditional pure wool fabric, the light suit fabrics is developed with New Zealand wool and water soluble filament. After finishing with BAP functional additives, the fabric may obtain green environmental protection and spray disposable function. This paper mainly introduces the choice of raw material, spinning, weaving and finishing technology and the technical measurement, quality control measurement of production processing of the fabric. By special finishing process, the fabric's handle is different from the traditional functional finishing fabrics. The fabric has good wearing performance which makes the product has superior added value and wider market prospect.

This paper analyzes the blistering performance indicators, performance standards and test methods of wool worsted fabric. It focuses on the dyeing and finishing process, the impact of change on the foaming index, sums up the production of the practical problems encountered in the process, from the dyeing and finishing process selection, process optimization of key process parameters. The two main influencing factors are analyzed. it describs in detail how to change the dyeing and finishing of the process and optimize the process parameters to improve the fabric of the blistering phenomenon. Test results show that a reasonable adjustment of process and process parameters, can effectively guarantee blistering performance product compliance.

The paper introduced the style, production process and technical measures of the worsted double-layer coat. As the particularity of appearance and handle of the double-layer coat, the process parameters were optimized from spinning, weaving to finishing. In the process of the product development, many experiments were done on the design parameters, the process parameters, the key process technology and the quality control. Finally, it found out the suitable design parameters and process parameters for double-layer coat. The particular measures and methods were taken on the key process technology and quality control, and then improved the efficiency of the product.

This article mainly introduces the production of double perspective of leisure tweed blended with wool and pearl fiber and its characteristics, technical measures. According to the double perspective of leisure tweed on the look and feel of the special requirements, the process parameters were optimized from the top, spinning, weaving to finishing. According to color yarn arrangement and tissue change, it discuss the design of the gradient effect and its impact factors about the worsted fabric. The practice shows that the worsted fabric may achieve the gradient effect by color yarn arrangement or tissue change. The gradient effect of the suede products is better by color yarn arrangement than the smooth ones. The gradient effect caused by tissue change is affected by not only reflected brightness of tissue but also color yarn arrangement. The gradient effect of the fabric with different color between warp and weft is better than those with the same color between warp and weft by tissue change. The gradient effect of fabric is related to the clothing. The clothing gradient effect is a breakthrough to this kind of fabric.

To satisfy people's demand for multivariate style clothing, this paper introduces the features of innovative products: washed style fabric, and its adaptability in wool worsted fabric development. Washed style compared to the conventional wool worsted fabric is more soft, rich, more pure and fresh nature, so its product design is different from the conventional wool worsted fabric, key parameters in this paper, from product design and finishing technology this paper expounds the production control points. Due to physical indicators, such as gas steam washing style product shrinkage and deformation of the water not qualified, based on the dyeing and finishing process improvement, fabric physical properties can reach the national standard.

The paper mainly expounds the MS elasticity fiber in the development and application of worsted fabrics. According to the fabric development and production process, it introduced the use of raw materials, top dyeing, carding process, spinning technology, weaving parameters, finishing machining process. Finally from the finished product test data, the fabric washing resistance experiment analysis concluded that MS elasticity fiber used fully meet the demand of taking elasticity in worsted fabrics, and the technological process without high temperature to finalize the design and excellent dimensional stability. The process was environmental protection, no pollution, low energy consumption, boost energy conservation and emissions reduction.
