Co-doped ZnO thin films on sapphire (0001) substrates were deposited by PLD at various substrate temperatures in a one Pa oxygen ambient condition. The structural and magnetic properties of as-grown thin films were characterized by using XRD, UV-Visible absorption spectrophotometer, XPS and AGM. All samples possessed wurtzite hexagonal structure of ZnO. Co atoms incorporated into ZnO matrix and substituted for Zn in ZnO lattice, and Zn interstitials existed in as-grown thin films. The c-axis lattice constants of as-deposited thin films were larger than the standard data. Crystallization of as-prepared thin films increased and then decreased with substrate temperatures enhancing. All samples exhibited roomerature ferromagnetism. The average moment per Co atom was much smaller than that of Co2+ (3d7), due to the different distribution of Co 2+ ions and defects, as well as the different defect concentrations in thin films. © 2013 Elsevier B.V. Two chemosensors for cyanide anions based on N-methylpyridinium cation and the boronic acid moiety structures have been synthesized. Spectral shifts and intensity changes in acetonitrile allow for both absorption and fluorescence emission wavelength ratiometric and colorimetric sensing. The compounds are found to be able to recognize cyanide anion with obvious color change and fluorescence turn-on response due to the sensors' ability to bind the cyanide anion through boronic acid functional group. © 2013 Elsevier B.V.

Compressed sensing has been paid a lot of attention for its contribution for image restoration, image reconstruction and image representation. Two most common research orientations are the basic theory research and the application research respectively. A novel design for compressed sensing frame based on the wavelet frame and dictionary is proposed in this paper. It belongs to the basic theory research and the good performance in the experiments show its efficiency. © 2014 ISSN 2073-4212.

The problem of robust D admissibility analysis and admissibilization is studied for uncertain descriptor linear systems. Two classes of uncertainties are considered in this paper, i.e., the norm bounded uncertainty and the polytopic uncertainty. With the introduction of some free matrices, a new necessary and sufficient condition for the considered descriptor linear system to be D admissible is presented, based on which, sufficient conditions for uncertain descriptor linear systems to be robustly D admissible are proposed. The state feedback control problems are also addressed and explicit expressions of the desired state feedback controller are given in terms of strict linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which are easily checked. Numerical examples illustrate the efficiency of the obtained approach. © 2012 ICIC International.

The molecular mechanism of the isomerization of 1-pentene to form (E)-2-pentene catalyzed by the bifunctional ruthenium catalyst has been investigated using density functional theory calculations. The reaction is likely to proceed through the following steps: 1) the β-H elimination to generate the ruthenium hydride intermediate; 2) the reductive elimination of the hydride intermediate to generate the nitrogen-protonated allyl intermediate; 3) the transportation of the hydrogen by the dihedral rotation with Ru-P bond acting as axis; 4) the oxidative addition to afford another hydride complex; 5) the reductive elimination of the hydride intermediate to form the C 2-C 3 π-coordinated agostic intermediate; 6) the coordination of the nitrogen to the ruthenium center to give the final product. The rate-determining step is the oxidative addition step (the process of the hydrogen moves to ruthenium center from the nitrogen atom) with the free energy of 31.2 kcal/mol in the acetone solvent. And the N-heterocyclic ligand in the catalyst mainly functions in the two aspects: affords an important internal-basic center (nitrogen atom) and works as a transporter of hydrogen. Our results would be helpful for experimentalists to design more effective bifunctional catalysts for isomerization of a variety of heterofunctionalized alkene derivatives. © 2011 Elsevier B.V. Android operating system is the most popular mobile system in the world. This study makes a detailed analysis of its security mechanism and existing problems. By analyzing the security architecture of Android operating system, exploited loopholes are pointed out. It also points out hidden security dangers which can be used by hackers. This study introduces the malicious behavior detection method and emphatically introduces the detection method based on behaviors. Due to the disadvantages of the detection method based on behaviors, the detection method is concluded which reduces the rate of false positives. By putting forward an improved attack tree algorithm, a more rigorous theory system has been formed.© 2014 Academic Journals Inc.

The classic Leontief model on industry manufacturing process is investigated. A kind of discrete-time singular dynamic input-output model of industry manufacturing process based on the classic Leontief Model is provided and the stability of this kind of model is researched. By the new mathematic method, the singular dynamic input-output system will not be converted into the general linear system. Finally, a sufficient stability condition under which the discrete-time singular Extended Leontief Model is admissible is proved. © (2011) Trans Tech Publications.

In this paper, we elaborated on preventive mechanisms either based on cryptographic solutions or trust based infrastructure Moreover, both the localized and ACK-based detection techniques were discussed. Global and local end node reaction mechanisms against ongoing intrusions and threads in order to avoid persistent adverse effects were further discussed. In order to design the real-time monitor system with good performance, the application of GPRS network on it was studied in depth. Firstly, the importance of designing a real-time monitor system was introduced, and the basic theory of GPRS network was explained; and then the theory principle of real-time monitor system of water pollution resource was analyzed. And then methodology of GPRS network was studied. Finally the hardware device, software and theirs corresponding function were designed. And the application of this monitor system of water pollution resource was good when it was applied in actual engineering. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.

In order to automatically and accurately identify the direction of the garlic scaly bud during garlic planting, and overcome the problem about the direction identify and alignment of the garlic scaly buds, it is proposed a method of the identification garlic clove bud direction based on local image technique. It is also explained the principle of the garlic clove buds identify direction, and designed the device to adjust and identify. It has been developed the control system to do a large number of experimental, and the results show that the controller can better identify the direction and adjust the direction of the garlic. The experiment proved that the recognition rate up to 90%, indicating the feasibility of the study. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
