In this paper studies the evaluation of electromagnetic compatibility of railway rolling stock the range emission electromagnetic disturbance, the emissions generated by rolling disorders in relation to acceptable levels recorded in the standards and the other documents. The assessment of the emission of electro and magnetic disturbance is field strength of electromagnetic disturbance around moving objects. The paper lists the main sources of electromagnetic disturbance, with particular emphasis on rolling stock. It also describes the method to estimate measurement uncertainty in tests disturbance of emissions from railway rolling stock.

The article presents the basic types risks to electronic equipment and basic methods used to limit their consequences, including the characteristics of the external components of reducing electromagnetic disturbances. Particular attention was paid for the right selection of these elements to the individual circuits.

The article describes the evaluation of the electromagnetic environment on example of newly built estates and buildings situated along the railway route. The main sources of radio disturbance are discussed and measurement methodology is described on the base of mandatory standards which have influence on the potential electric and electronic devices installed in estates and buildings in the future.

The paper studies presents the problem matter of the research of railway rolling stock in conducted disturbances emission in deck net supply low voltage. This research refers to permissible levels included in the norms and based on example of electric multiple units 16 Wek (ED74). Moreover the paper studies reveal major sources of radioelectric disturbances in deck net supply. The paper discusses the methodology of measurements and inserts an exemplary of normative measurements and additional to configuration with enclosed and switch on filters in substation registered with different speed. The paper also describes the evaluation methodology and the uncertainty of measurement in the researches of conducted disturbances emission which are origined from railway rolling stock.

In the paper presents prospective main source of radio-electrical interferences (disturbances), which can appear in multi-system railway carriage converters or in auxiliary static converters installed in rolling stock. In the paper presents measurements of the magnetic fields of AC and DC generated by electrical and electronic equipments installed on rolling stock. Discusses the methodology for measuring magnetic fields with standard PN-EN 50500. Moreover there are presented measuring equipment used for testing and the mode of selection of measurement points inside and outside of the rolling stock.
