We proposed an improved express-method to examine structural- mechanical properties of turkey meat, based on determining the relaxation effort and penetration. Changes in elasticity and relaxation effort of chilled turkey fillet at different storage periods are characterized. The designed installation makes it possible to explore and analyze the structural and mechanical properties by the method of axial deformation in 20...30 min. with a sensitivity that allows detecting changes in the structure that are undetectable organoleptically. We described changes in elasticity and relaxation effort of chilled turkey fillet with different shelf life. It was established that organoleptically pronounced changes in the structural-mechanical properties of turkey fillet occur in 46 hours of storage. First, the relaxation slows down, the limit of elasticity is reduced, which, in the combination with the lower tensile strength of the fibers, allows us to recommend it for the formation of natural culinary products with a required shape. The proposed technique to analyze the results of relaxation and axial penetration makes it possible to draw conclusions about the structural-mechanical properties of turkey meat, the term of its storage, as well as to recommend the examined samples for a certain type of culinary treatment. The method we developed might be implemented under conditions of small-scale production or laboratories at the wholesale trade enterprises to determine quality of raw materials. © S. In this paper it is obtained in zero approximation the algorithm of calculation of the force of electromagnetic wave propagation in rectangular waveguide applied to the ferrite sphere, placed into constant magnetic field by the method of physical modeling. It is researched the dependence of the force on a value of magnetic field intensity near ferromagnetic resonance. Theoretical results of the calculations were compared with experimental ones. At the resonance electromagnetic field with the power of 10W and the wave length of 3.2 cm influences on ferrite sphere with diameter of 3.55mmwith a force of 6 ± 0.5 µN. This force in enough for rotation of the suspension system of the reference ponderomotive wattmeter, fixed attached by means of braces or kerns. It allows to develop high-precision microwave wattmeters with enough mechanic strength for industrial application. © 2016, Allerton Press, Inc.

It is described in the paper that twofold decrease in consumption of chromium tanning agent may be achieved by combined use of montmorillonite modified with hydroxychromium solutions and basic chromium sulphate at the following ratio: chromium oxide (III): montmorillonite = 1:2. The semi finished item obtained exceeded reference samples by its physical-mechanical properties. The technology developed may be characterised as having better environmental efficiency and resources saving because of 3, 2-4, 6 times lower chromium oxide (III) content in the spent solution.

The results of comprehensive researches of the physico-chemical properties of kaolins as extenders of water-dispersion paints are shown in the article. The results of RF-analysis, energy state estimation of researched kaolins surface with different content of nonclay components and index ordering of the crystal structure are analyzed. The infiuence of molecular rotation on the volume dependence of thermal conductivity in liquid nitrogen was evaluated. Thermal conductivity of solid cyclopentane C5H10 has been measured at isochoric conditions in the plastic phases I and II for samples of different densities. Isochoric thermal conductivity is nearly constant in phase II and increases with temperature in phase I. Such behaviour is attributed to weakening of the translational orientational coupling which, in turn, leads to a decrease of phonon scattering on rotational excitations. The experimental data are described in terms of a modified Debye model of thermal conductivity with allowance for heat transfer by both low-frequency phonons and diffusive modes. © 2014 Versita Warsaw and Springer-Verlag Wien.

Purpose. To investigate the genesis of the network economy concept and theories of transnational corporations development on the basis of different methodological approach; to define theoretical base of analysis of network structures and peculiarities of their forming under globalization conditions; to reveal the main trends of the world retail trade development using the international organizations research. Methodology. The method of analysis and synthesis was used in order to investigate the actual approach to analysis of network structures and the essence of transnationalization of business in the field of international trade. A method of combination of logical and historical was used for the analysis of organizational forms of network business. A method of system generalization allowed us to define the key trends of the world retail market development. Findings. It was defined, that the network economy was formed in the process of settling of the global and informational economy. The network economy is related not only to the development of information technologies, but also to the network business forms. Network structures are widespread among transnational corporations in the field of international trade, especially in its retail sector. The world retail trade can be described by an increased interest from international operators and in the nearest years it will remain one of the most perspective trends for investing. Value and practical implementation. The article will be of interest to researches of transnational corporations in the field of international trade, especially in its retail sector and also to those, who study the reasons of expansion of these companies into the international markets and investigate the forms of network structures' organization in current conditions.

Introduction. Being in the regulatory field of WTO and implementing the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement with the EU, Ukraine defines foreign trade in agricultural products among the priorities of national economic development, which is fully justified due to the existing potential, and the possibility of its realization. In this context, the problem of adequate business and informational environment creating to ensure free access to foreign markets and stable trade flows of competitive products is actualized. Purpose of the article: comprehensive analysis of measures regulating foreign trade in agriculture, evaluation of state support for agriculture effectiveness in some countries of the world and suggesting directions of Ukraine's regulatory policy improving in this area. Results. Modern regulatory policy in the sphere of foreign trade in agri-food products is defined as a set of actions of the governments aimed to create preconditions for the effective implementation of business activities taking into account the factors that influence flexibility, legality, equality, transparency and balance between the interests of the state and society. It should effectively combine the task of the agrarian sector development at the national scale with the requirements of international institutions, major trends of international trade, the current state and prospects for changes in the world's food market expected conditions. Regulatory policy should include measures to ensure food security and protect the domestic market, promote export and improve its structure, as well as support domestic agricultural producers. Comparative analysis of tariff and non-tariff measures of agricultural foreign trade regulation in the US, EU, Russia and Ukraine has shown significantly higher rates of duty for agricultural products compared to non-agricultural products. Significantly lower levels of tariff protection for agri-food products in Ukraine compared to many trade partners were identified. Extensive use of non-tariff measures by developed countries under conditions of their limited use by Ukraine is taking place. Bearing in mind the issue of limited funding opportunities of Ukraine, the aforementioned fact complicates implementation of policies aimed to improve competitiveness of the national economy within the framework of full membership in the WTO. Analyzing the impact of the state support on agriculture by OECD methodology in the US, EU, Russia and Ukraine, it was concluded that Ukrainian agricultural support policy is characterized by the lack of stability and ineffective implementation of budget support programs. Export stimulation and improvement of Ukrainian products' quality and competitiveness in foreign markets can be realized through measures of foreign trade regulatory policy targeted to facilitation of access to foreign markets and improvement of producer's support, which, inter alia, includes informational, financial, institutional support and the internal market protection measures. Conclusion. The generalization of the world experience in the regulatory policy's formation and implementation followed by evaluation of its state support for agriculture, allowed developing strategic directions of Ukraine's regulatory foreign trade policy in agriculture improving, which are combined with the international treaties and national regulatory institutions and based on access to foreign markets improving, financial, institutional and informational support, protection of the agricultural domestic market, export stimulation and optimization of its sectoral and regional structure. Implementation of the proposed measures will improve regulatory policy in foreign trade and quality competitiveness of domestic agricultural products in the world markets. © Institute of Society Transformation, 2015.
