Finding the optimal mode and parameters of the radiosignal shaping is the research subject. A technique was proposed for creating a modeling stand intended for debugging and testing (autonomous and integrated) of the complex information processing system (CIPS). An approach is described that reflects the technologies and CIPS design stages using the methods of layered simulation models. Peculiarities of practical design of a wideband detector of pulse radar signals with unknown shape based on real-time spectrum analyzer to be used in passive radars are considered. A new model for calculating the reliability of nonreducible phased antenna arrays is proposed and it is compared with the traditional model as a stand-by nonreducible structure with loaded sliding standby.
