A great number of reflexologies use ancient concepts which do not coincide with the modern medical terminology of anatomy, physiology and biophysics. This substantially reduces the trust of physicians in this direction of their profession. During the research, several mathematical models of the internal and biological active points of meridian structures interaction have been proposed. The analysis of these models allowed specifying the list of diseases for which the reflex diagnostics and reflex therapy methods are most effective and also increase the effectiveness of these procedures. It is shown that good results for the prediction and early diagnosis of diseases from the reaction energy of biologically active points (acupuncture points) are obtained by using fuzzy logic decision-making. An algorithm for allocation of slow waves and respiration rhythms from electrocardiosignal using quasi-periodic signals of living systems is described. The algorithm is based on detection of amplitude and morphology of cardiosignals. Two subsystems of living systems were studied as quasi-periodic synchronized processes x 1(t) and x 2(t). The signals were monitored during time interval T, which was determined according to the goals of the tests and the origin of processes. The phase portrait of the system was formed in the framework of references x 1(t) - x 2(t) within the time interval T. The portrait outlook was plotted. Probabilistic neural networks with macrolayers are used in systems for support of decision-making in differential diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. The neural network contains two macrolayers. Macrolayer 1 is based on the Bayesian probabilistic formalism. Macrolayer 2 is based on uncertain logic of decision-making and provides classification into two classes. The neural network provides differential diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. The subjective probabilistic factors are estimated in points or percents. The expert estimates the probability of the zero hypothesis on the basis of a posteriori probability of the alternative hypothesis. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York.
