Provided are a water-soluble triarylphosphine for a palladium catalyst, which has high selectivity in a telomerization reaction and is easily recovered with efficiency, an ammonium salt thereof, and a method for efficiently producing the same. Specifically, provided are bis(6-methyl-3-sulphophenyl)(2-methylphenyl)phosphine; a bis(6-methyl-3-sulphonatophenyl)(2-methylphenyl)phosphine diammonium salt obtained by reacting the phosphine with a tertiary amine having a total of 3 to 27 carbon atoms in groups bonded to one nitrogen atom; and a method for producing the same.


Provided is a resin composition that exhibits inhibited flow marks, coloring and odor in a long-run operation, and is superior in heat stretching properties. The resin composition contains: an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) (A) having an ethylene content of 20 mol% or greater and 50 mol% or less; EVOH (B) having an ethylene content of 30 mol% or greater and 60 mol% or less; and a saturated carbonyl compound (C) having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, wherein the saturated carbonyl compound (C) is a saturated aldehyde (C-1), a saturated ketone (C-2) or a combination thereof, a value obtained by subtracting the ethylene content of the EVOH (A) from the ethylene content of the EVOH (B) is 8 mol% or greater, the mass ratio (A/B) of the EVOH (A) to the EVOH (B) is 60/40 or greater and 95/5 or less, and the content of the saturated carbonyl compound (C) with respect to the resin content is 0.01 ppm or greater and less than 100 ppm.

(1) A fiber-reinforced carbonated hydraulic inorganic molded plate including: a cement component, a pulp, and a reinforcing fiber having an aspect ratio in a range of 40 to 1000; and being a carbonation-cured molded plate. (2) A molded plate being a cured product of a composition including at least a cement component, a pulp, and a reinforcing fiber, wherein the molded plate is a fiber-reinforced carbonated hydraulic inorganic molded plate and has a carbonation reaction rate of higher than or equal to 30%.

A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising 100 parts by mass of a hydrogenated block copolymer (A) comprising a polymer block (a) consisting of a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (b) comprising 1 to 100% by mass of a structural unit (b1) derived from farnesene and comprising 99 to 0% by mass of a structural unit (b2) derived from a conjugated diene other than farnesene, a mass ratio [(a)/(b)] of the polymer block (a) to the polymer block (b) being 1/99 to 70/30; and 5 to 300 parts by mass of a polar group-containing olefinic polymer (B), is excellent in flexibility and molding processability and capable of adhering to a ceramic, a metal, a synthetic resin, or the like even through a heat treatment at low temperatures (for example, 190C or lower) without requiring a primer treatment or the like.

Provided is an edge light-type lighting device which can realize high immediately-below illuminance and can eliminate brightness unevenness on a light emitting surface in an oblique view. In the edge light-type lighting device (1), light emitting units (3a, 3b) are installed on light entering end faces of a light guide plate (2). A recessed strip (6) formed on a bottom surface (2c) of the light guide plate (2) has first oblique surfaces (6a) on the inner side and second oblique surfaces (6b), which are continuous with the first oblique surfaces (6a) and have an outward opening, and has a stepped V shape wherein a vertical angle 1 formed by the first oblique surfaces (6a) facing each other is set in a range of 95 to 110 while an apparent vertical angle 2 formed by the second oblique surfaces (6b) facing each other is set in a range of 60 to 75. When defining one side of each of the first oblique surfaces (6a) as a first oblique side (6a) and one side of each of the second oblique surfaces (6b) as a second oblique side (6b) and defining the total length of the continuous first oblique side (6a) and second oblique side (6b) as a total oblique side length, the ratio of the oblique side length of the second oblique side (6b) to the total oblique side length is set in a range of 40% to 65%.


This invention provides a method of producing a glass base material laminate, a method of producing an optical element, an optical element, and a concentrating photovoltaic device that can reliably bond a bonding surface between a glass base material and a transparent acrylic resin over a long period with high adhesiveness even under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. In the method of producing an optical element, the optical element includes a glass substrate (5) and a sheet-like formed body (6) formed of an organic resin one surface of which has a fresnel lens pattern (6a) and the other surface of which is bonded to the glass substrate (5). The sheet-like formed body (6) is a thermoplastic polymer composition. A bonding surface (6b) of the sheet-like formed body (6) facing the glass substrate (5) is performed with surface treatment by irradiating active energy. A bonding surface (5a) of the glass substrate (5) facing the sheet-like formed body (6) is bonded to the bonding surface (6b) of the sheet-like formed body (6) by using a silane coupling agent as a crosslinking agent.

Provided are a resin composition, a resin formed product and a multilayer structure that are superior in long-run workability in melt molding, and are capable of forming an article exhibiting inhibited coloring and generation of defects such as streaks and fish eyes and having superior appearance characteristics while generation of an odor is inhibited. The resin composition contains an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and a saturated carbonyl compound (B) having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, wherein the saturated carbonyl compound (B) is a saturated aldehyde (B-1), a saturated ketone (B-2) or a combination thereof, and the content of the saturated carbonyl compound (B) is 0.01 ppm or greater and 100 ppm or less. The saturated aldehyde (B-1) is preferably propanal, butanal, hexanal or a combination thereof. The saturated ketone (B-2) is preferably acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, 2-hexanone or a combination thereof.

To provide an illumination device of an edge light type that has an anisotropic luminous intensity distribution of light and is able to emit light with high luminous intensity. The illumination device (1) of the edge light type includes a light emitting unit (3) provided at one side surface of a light guide plate (2). The light guide plate (2) has a plurality of recesses (6) having a V-shaped cross-section and provided on a bottom surface (2b) in parallel to an X-axis direction at a predetermined pitch and a plurality of protrusions (7) having a lenticular lens shape in the cross-sectional view and provided in parallel to a Y-axis direction at a prearranged pitch. A vertex angle of each of the recesses (6) is defined to reflect the light incident into the light guide plate (2) through an incident end surface (2a) by an inclined surface on the recesses (6) of the bottom surface (2b) such that emission light emitted from an emission surface (2c) has a maximum luminous intensity at an angle between 25 degree to 65 degree with respect to the Z-axis direction.


With a nonwoven fabric made of fibers mainly composed of amorphous polyetherimide having a melt viscosity at 330C from 100 to 3000 Pas and an average fiber diameter from 1 to 10 m, a nonwoven fabric which is excellent in flame retardancy and can have a small thickness within a range from 5 to 900 m with strength being maintained because of its denseness can be provided.
