An apparatus for shaping plastic preforms into plastic containers is disclosed. Said apparatus comprises a conveying device on which a plurality of blowing stations are arranged. Each of said blowing stations encompasses a blow mold, within which a plastic preform can be shaped into a plastic container. The apparatus further comprises a clean chamber, within which the plastic preforms can be conveyed. According to the invention, the zone of the conveying device in which the blowing stations are arranged is located in the clean chamber, and at least one additional zone of the conveying device is located outside the clean chamber.

A test container for checking container inspection machines, which inspection machines are suitable for examining at least a first category of containers for the presence of foreign bodies, with a man body in which a liquid is disposed, with a mouth via which the liquid is able to be introduced into the container, with a first closure by means of which the container is closed, wherein a foreign body which can be detected by the inspection machine is disposed in the container is provided. The container and/or the liquid disposed therein has a further substance or for example a transmitting device which can be detected by a user and/or by a detection device in order thus to distinguish the test container per se from another container of the category to be inspected.


A container treatment installation (1) having a refrigeration installation (10; 30), and a method for starting the operation of a refrigeration installation (10) of a container treatment installation (1), are provided. The refrigeration installation (10) comprises a refrigerant vessel (12) for receiving a refrigerant (13) which can be used for cooling a component of the container treatment installation (1), and a control device (16) for controlling an amount of the refrigerant (13) in the refrigerant vessel (12) such that, after operation of the refrigeration installation (10), only a predetermined residual amount of refrigerant (13) remains in the refrigerant vessel (12) for the transport of the refrigerant installation (10), and after the transport of the refrigeration installation (10), the predetermined residual amount is replaced again with a predetermined replenishment amount of refrigerant (13).


The invention relates to a holding and unrolling device (10) for flat and/or film material (14) wound on rolls (12), said device comprising a mandrel (16), which is rotatably mounted on at least one side for receiving a hollow or hollow cylindrical core of a roll (12) to be unwound in a largely play-free manner, and comprising an axial guiding device (22), which can be adjusted in the length direction of the mandrel (16), for a roll (12), which can be found on the mandrel (16) and which is rotatably mounted on the mandrel. A motor drive is used to adjust the axial guiding device parallel to the length direction of the rotatable mandrel (16). The device (10) can be equipped with a sensor device (36) for detecting a winding quality and/or a parallel position of the flat and/or film material (14) wound on the roll (12). The motor drive is coupled to the sensor device (36) for signaling and/or regulating purposes in order to adjust the axial guiding device parallel to the length direction of the rotatable mandrel (16). The invention further relates to a method for switching a roll (12) with a flat and/or film material (14) wound on the roll within such a holding and unrolling device (10).


The invention discloses a method for displacing a group of articles or layer (10) of articles horizontally, the positions of a plurality of articles (16) forming the group of articles or layer (10) of articles relative to one another being largely maintained in the process. The displacement takes place by means of at least one pushing and/or conveying device (18, 20, 50), wherein an associated pressure-exerting device (30, 32, 52) positions itself, at least temporarily and just before, or at, the termination of a horizontal displacing operation, on an upper side of the articles (16) of the group of articles or layer (10) of articles or follows the same at a small vertical distance in the conveying or advancement direction (38, 42). The invention relates to a transport device (10) and to a transport method for a container treatment installation. The transport device (10) comprises at least one transporter (11 to 13) for transporting containers, wherein at least one transporter (12) is arranged in such a way that said at least one transporter can be displaced in relation to another of the transporters (11, 13) in order to produce a closable spatial separation between the at least one transporter (12) that can be displaced and the other transporter (11). The spatial separation can be closed by a fire protection door (8).


An optical inspection method for containers. A container is at least partly illuminated or transilluminated with light of an illuminating device and captured from different viewing directions (R4-R6) as a camera image in each case by at least one camera. In a first image analysis step, first image information of a first inspection zone (A) of the container, for example a stain on a container front face, is ascertained from at least two of the camera images by stereoscopically pairing image points. In a second image analysis step, an individual camera image of the two camera images is analyzed, wherein the first image information is first excluded and second image information of a second inspection zone (B) of the container, for example a crack of a container rear face, is then ascertained.


A method for conveying goods to be conveyed with a cellular wheel sluice, wherein in a housing, the goods to be conveyed are conveyed with rotor blades of the rotating cellular wheel, and sealing lips of the rotor blades abut against at least one sealing surface of the housing. During the transport of certain goods to be conveyed, such a sealing surface and/or sealing lips can be used which are formed from an abrasive material that is contained in the goods to be conveyed.

The invention relates to a system for transforming plastics material preforms into plastics material containers having a plurality of blow moulding stations which are arranged on a carrier and in each case comprise a blow mould for expanding plastics material preforms into plastics material containers inside this blow mould by means of a pressurised pneumatic medium which is supplied to the respective blow moulding station via a pressure supply device and which is at least partially extracted again from the respective blow moulding station after the expansion operation via a pressure extraction device. According to the invention it has an energy conversion device, with the aid of which at least part of the potential energy stored in an energy store can be turned into an increase in the potential energy of a pneumatic medium associated with at least one blow mould, wherein the energy conversion device has an intermediate energy storage device, and at least part of the potential energy extracted from the energy store, and the energy transmitted by the energy conversion device, can be stored in the form of kinetic energy in the intermediate energy storage device.
