A test container for checking container inspection machines, which inspection machines are suitable for examining at least a first category of containers for the presence of foreign bodies, with a man body in which a liquid is disposed, with a mouth via which the liquid is able to be introduced into the container, with a first closure by means of which the container is closed, wherein a foreign body which can be detected by the inspection machine is disposed in the container is provided. The container and/or the liquid disposed therein has a further substance or for example a transmitting device which can be detected by a user and/or by a detection device in order thus to distinguish the test container per se from another container of the category to be inspected.


A container treatment installation (1) having a refrigeration installation (10; 30), and a method for starting the operation of a refrigeration installation (10) of a container treatment installation (1), are provided. The refrigeration installation (10) comprises a refrigerant vessel (12) for receiving a refrigerant (13) which can be used for cooling a component of the container treatment installation (1), and a control device (16) for controlling an amount of the refrigerant (13) in the refrigerant vessel (12) such that, after operation of the refrigeration installation (10), only a predetermined residual amount of refrigerant (13) remains in the refrigerant vessel (12) for the transport of the refrigerant installation (10), and after the transport of the refrigeration installation (10), the predetermined residual amount is replaced again with a predetermined replenishment amount of refrigerant (13).


The invention relates to a holding and unrolling device (10) for flat and/or film material (14) wound on rolls (12), said device comprising a mandrel (16), which is rotatably mounted on at least one side for receiving a hollow or hollow cylindrical core of a roll (12) to be unwound in a largely play-free manner, and comprising an axial guiding device (22), which can be adjusted in the length direction of the mandrel (16), for a roll (12), which can be found on the mandrel (16) and which is rotatably mounted on the mandrel. A motor drive is used to adjust the axial guiding device parallel to the length direction of the rotatable mandrel (16). The device (10) can be equipped with a sensor device (36) for detecting a winding quality and/or a parallel position of the flat and/or film material (14) wound on the roll (12). The motor drive is coupled to the sensor device (36) for signaling and/or regulating purposes in order to adjust the axial guiding device parallel to the length direction of the rotatable mandrel (16). The invention further relates to a method for switching a roll (12) with a flat and/or film material (14) wound on the roll within such a holding and unrolling device (10).


The invention discloses a method for displacing a group of articles or layer (10) of articles horizontally, the positions of a plurality of articles (16) forming the group of articles or layer (10) of articles relative to one another being largely maintained in the process. The displacement takes place by means of at least one pushing and/or conveying device (18, 20, 50), wherein an associated pressure-exerting device (30, 32, 52) positions itself, at least temporarily and just before, or at, the termination of a horizontal displacing operation, on an upper side of the articles (16) of the group of articles or layer (10) of articles or follows the same at a small vertical distance in the conveying or advancement direction (38, 42). The invention also discloses an apparatus for displacing a group of articles or layer (10) of articles horizontally on a module, or between at least two adjacent modules (12, 14, 38, 40, 44), on a transporting route and/or a palletizing apparatus.


The invention relates to a transport device (10) and to a transport method for a container treatment installation. The transport device (10) comprises at least one transporter (11 to 13) for transporting containers, wherein at least one transporter (12) is arranged in such a way that said at least one transporter can be displaced in relation to another of the transporters (11, 13) in order to produce a closable spatial separation between the at least one transporter (12) that can be displaced and the other transporter (11). The spatial separation can be closed by a fire protection door (8).


The invention relates to a method and a device for applying a shrink film sleeve (1) to a container (9). The method comprises the following steps: a) perforating of the shrink film sleeve (1) at predefined distances, b) expansion of the perforated shrink film sleeve (1) by means of an expansion device, in particular an expansion mandrel (3), c) transporting of the expanded shrink film sleeve (1) along the expansion device (3) having a conveyor roller pair (4a, 4b), d) tearing off of the shrink film sleeve (1) at the perforation with a downstream dispensing roller pair (5a, 5b), the transport speed (V tearing off) thereof being at least temporarily larger than the transport speed (V conveyor) of the conveyor roller pair (4a, 4b) and e) depositing the separated shrink film sleeve (1) onto the container (9).


The invention relates to an optical inspection method for containers (2). A container (2) is at least partly illuminated or transilluminated with light of an illuminating device (3) and captured from different viewing directions (R4 - R6) as a camera image in each case by means of at least one camera (4 - 6). In a first image analysis step, first image information of a first inspection zone (A) of the container (2), for example a stain (10) on a container front face, is ascertained from at least two of the camera images by stereoscopically pairing image points. The invention is characterized in that in a second image analysis step, an individual camera image of the two camera images is analyzed, wherein the first image information is first excluded and second image information of a second inspection zone (B) of the container (2), for example a crack (11) of a container rear face, is then ascertained.


The invention relates to a method and a device for ascertaining shrinkage characteristics of a flat material strip made of a thermoplastic material. As part of the method, a piece of sample (5) with defined measurements undergoes a heating process to a temperature above a shrinkage temperature which is effective for the respective material of the piece of sample (5). After the heating process, a dimensional change of the piece of sample (5) is monitored and/or measured in the ongoing shrinkage process over the time curve, and a relationship to the duration of the shrinking process and to the respective temperature and/or the temperature change of the piece of sample (5) during the shrinkage process is generated.


An apparatus (40) for heating plastic preforms (3, 3a, 3b) comprising a transporting device (20), which transports the plastic preforms (3, 3a, 3b) along a predetermined transport path (Tr1, Tr2), comprising a heating device (411-427), which heats the plastic preforms (3, 3a, 3b), at least for a time, and comprising an application device (6), which applies a cooling medium, at least for a time, to regions of the plastic preforms (10) or of the apparatus (1). According to the invention, the application device (6) has a feeding device (8), by way of which the cooling medium can be fed to the regions of the plastic preforms (3, 3a, 3b) or to the regions of the apparatus (1), wherein this feeding device (8) is suitable for feeding the cooling medium along a predetermined region (B) also extending at least in the longitudinal direction of the plastic preforms, wherein this region is variable and wherein the apparatus also has a flow cross-section varying element (84), by means of which a flow cross section of the cooling medium can be varied and thus the region (B) can also be varied in the longitudinal direction of the plastic preforms (3, 3a, 3b).


The invention relates to a device (1) for printing containers (10), comprising a transport device (2) which transports the containers (10) to be printed along a predetermined transport path (P), wherein the transport device (2) has a support (24) and a plurality of retaining devices (22) disposed on said support (24) for retaining the containers (10) to be printed, in such a way that the containers (10) to be printed can be transported singly, comprising a first printing unit (4) which prints a predetermined image element onto the containers, and comprising a second printing unit (6) which is disposed along the transport path (P) of the containers after the first printing unit (4) and which prints a second image element onto the containers (10) that are already imprinted with the first printed element. According to the invention the device (1) comprises an inspection device (8) which is disposed downstream of the printing units (4, 6) in the transport direction of the plastic containers and inspects the printing on the container, and an assigning device (12) which assigns an inspection result of the inspection device (8) to the printing units (4, 6).
