A reverse electrodialysis device, including an anode, a cathode, one or more single cells spaced apart from each other between the anode and the cathode, each single cell including a cation exchange membrane and an anion exchange membrane, and a shielding membrane disposed to define spaces between the anode and the single cell and/or between the cathode and the single cell. The cation exchange membrane and the shielding membrane include a porous polymer substrate and a polymer electrolyte incorporated into pores in the substrate.

A method of preparing silicon using silica includes placing silica in a reaction chamber; adding a reducing agent into the reaction chamber; feeding a material for impact into the reaction chamber and sealing the reaction chamber; and reducing the silica to silicon by allowing the material for impact to generate a physical impact inside the reaction chamber. The preparation method of silicon using silica does not employ a high-temperature high-pressure process and provides a preparation method of silicon by which the porous structure of the silica before a reduction reaction is maintained within the silicon even after the reaction.

A method includes: supplying sources or nanoparticles of any one or two or more combinations selected from a group which consists of a carbon source, a doping source, a doped element containing carbon source, and a waste plastic source into a high-temperature and high-pressure closed autoclave, completely closing the high-temperature and high-pressure closed autoclave, and forming a nanoparticle-carbon core-shell structure by a single process by coating a carbon layer on the surface of the nanoparticles or forming a core-shell structure of nanoparticle-doped carbon by the single process by coating a carbon layer doped with the doped element on the surface of the nanoparticles under pressure self-generated in the autoclave and a reaction temperature in the range of 500 to 850C by heating the autoclave.

The present invention provides a dust collector which includes a chamber divided into an inlet chamber and a discharge chamber by a barrier, and a bag filter which is installed inside of the inlet chamber, and is formed in a shape having an inner space and an opening part by a filter medium, so as to communicate with the discharge chamber through the opening part, wherein a treatment gas is introduced into the inlet chamber and is filtered while passing through the filter medium of the bag filter, then moves to the discharge chamber through the opening part to be discharged, and the bag filter has air permeability decreased toward the opening part. According to the bag filter and the dust collector, it is possible to achieve a high collection performance and a stable operation even when using a long bag filter due to improvement of uniformity of the filtration velocity along the length of the bag filter.

A non-oxidation heat treatment system having internal Rx gas (endothermic gas) generator includes: a heat treatment furnace whose internal environment kept to an atmosphere of an Rx gas; internal reformers for accommodating reaction catalysts for generating the Rx gas; material supply means for mixing raw gas as a material for generating the Rx gas and air to a given ratio to supply the mixture to the internal reformers; heating means disposed in the heat treatment furnace to heat an internal temperature of the heat treatment furnace to a temperature needed for annealing; and a controller disposed on the outside to control the internal temperature of the heat treatment furnace through the control of the ON/OFF and combustion loads of the of the heating means, wherein the internal reformers are loaded to the interior of the heat treatment furnace and the heating means includes regenerative type radiant tube burners.


Disclosed is a direct synthesis method of nanostructured catalyst particles on surfaces of various supports. In the disclosed synthesis method of a catalyst structure having a plurality of nanostructured catalyst particles dispersed in a support by a one-step process using a high-temperature high-pressure closed reactor, the one-step process includes supplying the support and a catalyst source into the high-temperature high-pressure closed reactor; supplying an atmosphere forming gas of the reactor into the reactor; perfectly sealing the high-temperature high-pressure closed reactor and heating the reactor to produce the catalyst structure in the reactor under self-generated pressure and synthesis temperature conditions, the catalyst structure including the plurality of nanostructured catalyst particles dispersed in the support; removing internal gases of the reactor to allow the reactor to be in a high-temperature, atmospheric pressure state and supplying an inert gas into the reactor to remove unreacted materials and byproducts remaining in the reactor; and cooling the reactor to room temperature while supplying the inert gas to synthesize the catalyst structure.


A high-temperature polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell stack may include a plurality of cell units; a cooling assembly including a plurality of first independent cooling plates disposed on top surfaces of the plurality of cell units, respectively, and a plurality of second independent cooling plates disposed on bottom surfaces of the plurality of cell units, respectively; and a support assembly configured to support the plurality of cell units and the cooling assembly; and at least one temperature installed on at least one of the plurality of first independent cooling plates and the plurality of second independent cooling plates.

The present disclosure relates to an ammonia synthesis apparatus, and more particularly, to an electrochemical ammonia synthesis apparatus using an aqueous solution or a molten liquid of an alkali metal as an electrolyte. According to one or more embodiments, when an aqueous solution or a molten liquid of an alkali metal is used as an electrolyte in an ammonia synthesis apparatus, compositions, sizes, and shapes of an electrode and an electrolyte may be easily controlled, and thus a yield of ammonia synthesis may improve.
