Synthesis (Germany) | Year: 2017

A simple and efficient approach has been developed for the synthesis of previously inaccessible 6-arylbenzo[ c ][1,7]naphthyridin-4(3 H )-ones, which is based on the interaction of 3-amino-6-methyl-4-arylpyridin-2(1 H )-ones and aromatic aldehydes in a strong acidic media (trifluoroacetic, phosphorous or polyphosphorous acids) under heating. The initial imine derivatives undergo Pictet–Spengler condensation to form intermediate 6-aryl-5,6-dihydrobenzo[ c ]-1,7-naphthyridin-4(3 H )-ones, which are oxidized by atmospheric oxygen to give 3-amino-6-methyl-4-arylpyridin-2(1 H )-ones as the final products. The present paper is devoted to the organization and improvement of the maintenance of environmental accounting in Kazakh companies in market conditions. It deals with environmental costs, which present a more traditional area of environmental reporting and are usually given by accountants and ecologists. Environmental prepaid expenses (as well as any potential costs) are a consequence of the events of the previous periods and the anticipated events, the consequences of which should lead to a decrease in the financial performance of the company. As a result of studying the problem of environmental cost accounting, the authors determined the need for a competent and professional approach to cost accounting in the field of environmental protection. The authors examined the costs by the places of their origin, studied the structure of environmental costs, considered the requirements of International Accounting Standard 37 “Provisions, Contingent Liabilities and Contingent Assets” on the establishment of valuation provisions. This article describes the process of allocation of environmental costs by certain types of products, manufacturing lines and facilities. The given classification of costs reflects the environmental measures related to human activities for the protection of the environment, enshrined to some extent in regulatory documents and methodical positions. The authors emphasize the role of public authorities in the establishment of payments by the types of waste. In this connection, it refers to the recovery of environmental costs and the reduction of discharges, which, consequently, results in the reduction of payments. © 2017. ASERS Publishing. The article presents the results of laboratory and field experiments on studying the influence of ways of presowing seed treatment and methods of reducing the amount of coumarin on yield and forage quality of sweet clover in the conditions of Northern Kazakhstan. The aim of the research is to study and to prove the effective way of presowing treatment of seeds and a method of decreasing the content of coumarin in order to increase the productivity and to improve the quality of clover forage. The experimental station of the North-Kazakhstan SRI of agriculture in 2015-2016 was conducted pursuant to the solution of tasks. In our experiments, it was shown that the proposed method of presowing treatment of sweet clover seeds improves the laboratory germination from 65.2 to 99.0% and the field germination from 33.1 to 72.8%. When applying the technique of reducing the content of coumarin, its content in the green mass of clover was 1.14%, in the hay dried at a temperature of 20°C-0.65% and at a temperature of 60°C-0.48%. The coumarin content decreased two times. The protein content of the hay dried at a temperature of 20°C was 13.2%, at a temperature of 60°C-15.1%. The content of fodder units at a temperature of 20°C was 0.39%, at a temperature of 60°C-0.47%. Based on the research results on studying ways, which increase seed germination and methods of reducing the amount of coumarin in sweet clover, the way of presowing treatment of sweet clover seeds, which increases seed germination almost by 100% and an effective technique of making sweet clover hay, which reduces the coumarin content to safe limits for animals, as well as increases the fodder value of sweet clover hay, were developed and proposed for the production. The method of increasing seed germination of sweet clover is simple in the technical performance and not costly from an economic point of view, which is performed by soaking the seeds of sweet clover in water for 24 h, with further drying and separating the swollen soft seeds on a sieve with a diameter of 2.5-3 mm and the process ends by scarification. The essence of the method of reducing the coumarin amount is that sweet clover, in connection with the content of antinutrient- coumarinin the vegetative mass, should not be fed in the green form and hay making should be fulfilled by the method of active aeration at a temperature of 60°C. Along with the decrease in the content of coumarin, the quality indicators of hay increase. Hay, dried by active aeration at a temperature of 60°C, is bright-green, well-foliated and has a pleasant smell. © 2017 Marden Ersainovich Baidalin, Igilik Imangalievich Zhumagulov, Ermek Ualikhanovich Sagalbekov and Ualikhan Molgazhdarovich Sagalbekov.

Fraktal theory allows specifics of turbulence inhomogeneities of different types to be considered in the spectral theory of self-affine multifractals. Experiments demonstrate that the turbulence possesses the multifractal properties. Nowadays the multifractal analysis is widely used in various branches of modern physics. The structural elements of the homogeneous and isotropic turbulence - vortices - represent a self-similar multifractal with the same similarity coefficient for all spatial variables. © 2011 Springer Science+Business Media, Inc.

Specific antigens as well as RIDIF-active rabbit sera (1:320) used for detecting Ana-plasma in biomaterial of tick-transmitters and antibodies in serum of cattle, infected with anaplasmosis, have been received. Obtained serum can be used as indicator and identificator of bovine anaplasmosis causa-tive agent in RIDIF and for studding antigenic and relative properties of bovine ana-plasmosis causative agent and disease pathogenesis. High diagnostic value of RIDIF was confirmed practically, using this method (in com-bination with light microscopy) 14% infected animals as well as anaplasmosis - carriers have been detected. © SGEM2013 All Rights Reserved by the International Multidisciplinary Scientific GeoConference SGEM.

The article deals with general review of artistic, stylistic and linguistic skills of dramatic works by Turkic nations, previously fundamentally unexplored by the world and Turkic language-speaking scientific community. The scientific innovation of the article lies in the fact that the whole variety of linguistic instruments of dramatic effect aimed at implementation of writer's idea was revealed based on particular facts. For the first time, the problems of stylistic and language signs of a dramatic discourse: it is universal by character and unique by the scope of implemented functions: a word can implement any linguistic function. Only a word mark can cover the whole scope of linguistic functions. Word marks bear both communicative as well as pragmatic functions, influence the people around with their meaning, stylistic and expressively emotional pattern. In this respect, the special potential capabilities of a word are revealed at its functioning within a literary text, in which words along with their common meanings also become the means of expressing the playwright's artistic and aesthetic orientation. Comprehensive study of the lexis, etymology, and stylistic skills of dramatic works (tragedy, drama or comedy) of kindred Turkic nations brings us to a conclusion that playwrights, as opposed to their predecessors and contemporaries, very rarely use the typifying role of the extra literary lexis (subdialiects, dialects, slangs, ritual talks).
