It is an object of the present invention to provide a dew condensation preventing valve for preventing occurrence of dew condensation in a pneumatic actuator while effectively using air in the pipe. A dew condensation preventing valve 30a is applicable to a pneumatic system 10 having a pneumatic actuator having a pressure chamber to which compressed air is supplied. A valve housing 31 has an air intake port 33 and an air discharge port 34, which open into pressure chambers 17a and 17b, an on-off valve assembly 36 is reciprocable between a forward limit cutoff position and a backward limit cutoff position, and configured to prevent the air intake port 33 and the air discharge port 34 from communicating with each other at the forward limit cutoff position and the backward limit cutoff position. When the on-off valve assembly 36 is being moved between the forward limit cutoff position and the backward limit cutoff position, the air intake port 33 and the air discharge port 34 communicates with each other, and air in the pressure chambers 17a and 17b is partially discharged to the outside.

An object of the present invention is to provide a fluid pressure cylinder improved in assembling performance so as to easily fix a partition wall to a cylinder main body. A plurality of pistons 15a and 15b are incorporated in a cylinder main body 11, axially aligned with each other, reciprocable in an axial direction, and respectively provided with piston rods 17a and 17b. A partition wall 14 is attached to the cylinder main body 11 so as to form pressure chambers 21a and 21b. A stopper space is formed by an engagement groove 31 provided to the partition wall 14 and a slit 32 formed so as to extend in a transverse direction of the cylinder main body 11. A stopper 34 is inserted in the stopper space in the transverse direction of the cylinder main body 11 so as to fix the partition wall 14 to the cylinder main body 11.

Provided is an ion generator that has a potential sensor provided integrally inside the main body of the ion generator, and that can measure, with the potential sensor, an electric field that reaches the potential sensor from a member from which static charge is to be eliminated, without being affected by an electric field between a discharge electrode and an opposing electrode. This ion generator comprises a discharge electrode, an opposing electrode, and a main body part including these electrodes, the ion generator sending out, toward a member from which static charge is to be eliminated, air ions generated by applying a high voltage between the electrodes. A potential sensor that measures the potential of the member from which static charge is to be eliminated is provided integrally to the main body part, and a projecting electrostatic-shielding plate that projects from the main body part is provided between the potential sensor and a discharge part constituted by the discharge electrode and the opposing electrode.

A throttle valve 10 continuously increases/decreases the flow rate of air flowing through a communication hole 17 through which a first port 11 and a second port 12 are communicated with each other, by using a throttle valve element 22. A valve seat member 15 having the communication hole 17 is attached to a housing 13. An electric motor 25 is attached to a motor housing hole 24 formed in the housing 13. The throttle valve element 22 is driven in an axial direction by a motor shaft 28 of the electric motor 25. A gap between the motor housing hole 24 and the electric motor 25 is sealed by a fixed sealing member 41 having a large diameter, and the motor shaft 28 is sealed by a rotary sealing member 42 having a small diameter, whereby the throttle valve element can be driven by the electric motor having a small output.

The shock absorber 10 has an outer tube 11 and an inner tube 15, wherein a piston rod 14 projects from a base end of the outer tube 11, and a rotative operating part 19 provided in the inner tube 15 projects from a base end of the outer tube 11. An annular piston 27 separates a liquid accommodating chamber 16 into a shock absorbing chamber 28 and an accumulator chamber 29. A flow-rate adjusting hole 48 of the outer tube 11 is composed of a contact surface 51 and an eccentric surface 52. A bypass channel 53 communicating with a communication hole 49 is formed between the eccentric surface 52 and the inner tube 15.
