Under nitrogen atmosphere, the optimal synthetic technology of sucrose esters (SE) from bio-diesel and sucrose with solventless method was determined: using K 2O/C as solid base catalyst synthesize of SE at 135°C for 3 h with the mole ratio of bio-diesel to sucrose of 2:1, catalyst dosage of 6%, potassium stearate dosage of 15%, The solvent extraction was used to purify raw product, the yield of SE product was 86.4% based on sucrose.
