This study discussed a supply hub outbound scheduling problem with order random arrival and just in time distribution, which took the against relationship between the delivery punctuality and distribution cost into account by the delay delivery theory. On the consideration of the influence of order arrival randomness to delivery punctuality, this study designed a rolling scheduling model with delay factor and constructed a multi-objective programming model. According to the model feature, this study designed a immune clone algorithm to solve it. Finally, this study presented a numerical experiment to compare the optimization results of delay scheduling model with other scheduling models. Consequently, comparing with the conventional scheduling strategy, the scheduling model with delay factor could obviously reduce random order of distribution cost. ©, 2015, Systems Engineering Society of China. As vehicular Ad-hoc NETworks (VANET) is regarded as practical application of internet of things (IOT) in modern urban traffic network, data fusion of VANET has become an important research subject in the field of IOT information sensing. Aiming at the problems of irrational assignment of conflict evidence, bad convergence effect of fusion method and multi-BBM evidence reasoning in evidence combination of the traditional DS evidence theory, an isometric mapping evidential reasoning (IMER) method is proposed. In IMER method, the low-dimensional embedding vector of each evidence body is obtained by using the similar relations between multi-BBM evidence bodies, and then the similarity of low- dimensional evidence bodies is calculated to achieve evidential reasoning of multi-BBM evidence bodies in VANET. The experimental results show that the proposed method can reasonably assign conflict evidence and has good convergence and effectiveness. ©, 2015, Systems Engineering Society of China.
