Rheo-squeezing casting thin-walled disc parts have been carried out in special mould. Semi-solid slurry was produced by low superheat pouring with a shear field (LSPSF) technology, and then rheo-squeeze casting semi-solid slurry prepared was carried out on the 2000 kN vertical oil-pressing machine. Microstructure and properties of rheo-squeezed casting parts were investigated. The results indicate that the fine and non-dendritic grain in thin-walled parts can be observed by rheo-squeeze casting at a constant pressure of 25 MPa with the mould temperature of 200°C and pouring temperature of 600~620°C, and the average tensile strength elongation and maximum elongation reach 182.5 MPa, 12.13% and 17%, respectively.
