Dynamic behaviors of wind turbine drive train are concerned by engineers since they affect the whole working performances and the service life of wind turbine. In view of the asynchrony issue between excitation and response, we establish a coupled dynamic model and a dynamic error model for drive train with flexible sun-gear shaft. Then, the analysis and simulations of dynamic error are given. Furthermore, dynamic effects of flexible sun shaft on the drive train system are discussed. Our results show that the dynamic error is not only related to the inherent parameter of system but also the external load imposed on the system. In addition, the module value of dynamic error is constituted with synchronization error component and harmonic vibration component, and it cannot be ignored since they play a critical role on the natural frequency and exciting force. The detail analysis proposal of the cylinder body is put forward for the automatic tool change mechanism of the QYJ-21 type horizontal machining center. It consists of three main aspects. Firstly, the dimensional model of the cylinder's arm bracket portion will be created. Secondly, the topology optimization design of the arm bracket is implemented based on ANSYS Workbench. This paper introduces the stratified intelligently controlled heating system for high-rise buildings, which Terminal monitoring PC communicates with AVR single-chip computer on each floor through wireless channel, so as to monitor the operational status of the entire network accurately in real time. The adoption of factor self-modify fuzzy control system, compared with traditional PID modulator, makes the output to respond more quickly, has less overshoot and stronger robustness. © 2010 IEEE. By taking the drive-train system of megawatt horizontal axis wind turbine as a research object, detailed dynamic model of drive-train is established based on the theory of multi-body dynamics and lumped parameter method. In order to refine its internal structures, drive train system is broke down into several subsystems firstly. The comprehensive system equations are obtained with the boundary conditions after modeling the dynamic model of separate components and then the corresponding simulated model is established by the Matlab/Simulink software. A simulation study of 1.5MW wind turbine drive-train is conducted. The results obtained are compared with those simulated by Adams software to test and verify the accuracy of the models. Results obtained indicate that when consider more freedom of structural degrees into the modeling, there is a larger range of fluctuation in the drive train system, at the same time, it increase the instability of the total ratio. The research may provide theoretical basis and modeling method for wind power simulation and optimization design in laboratory. Source

A new method to design hybrid scroll profile is introduced. The finite element analysis models for hybrid profile and single profile scrolls are established respectively. The stress and deformation of these two kinds of scrolls are analyzed by finite element method under the combined action of temperature load and gas load in the process of one revolution of crank shaft. The analysis data show that the stress and deformation of hybrid-profile scroll are similar to that of involute-profile scroll. Furthermore, the length of baseline of hybrid profile reduces approximately 27.32% with respect to that of involute profile. The results of this study are helpful in the design of scroll compressor with hybrid scroll profile. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications. Source
