Multiple-factor coupling corrosion method is adopted to conduct chemical titration test on chloride ions on the test pieces at different depths, and use MATLAB minimum nonlinear fitting to verify the corrosive medium diffusion model suitable for cylinders, based on which, obtain distribution of chloride ion concentration under different corrosion conditions. The experimental results show that in the early stage of corrosion, sulfate ions inhibit the diffusion of chloride ions while promoting it in the later stage. At the same time, the test also has compared effect of magnesium ions and sulfate ions on chloride diffusion coefficient and the effect of water-cement ratio on chloride diffusion coefficient. The test results show that in the later stage, the magnesium ions obviously promote the increase of chloride diffusion coefficient, and under the same condition, the bigger the water-cement ratio is, the higher the chloride diffusion coefficient will be. © 2014 ejge.

Assessing the work state of anchorage type structures in the corrosion environment is the main purpose of study on structure durability, but there are many factors influencing the anchorage structure durability, and at present there is not any very effective method showing how to assess the durability of anchorage type structures. In this paper, considering the influence of durability state of exposed parts of rib columns, beams and other anchorage structures on the durability of whole anchorage structure, the exposed parts and buried parts of anchorage body structures are taken as a whole to conduct the structure durability assessment. Here, the factors influencing the anchorage structure durability are described, and multiple-factor coupling influence index upon structure durability is introduced. The theory of fuzzy AHP is adopted to establish the model assessing durability of anchorage structures. Calculation example analysis is conducted for the lattice frame anchor structure used in a highway located in the southwest, which has demonstrated the effectiveness of the method. The appraisal, reinforcement or removal of anchorage structures can take the assessment conclusion of this method as reference for decision making. © 2013, EJGE.
