Packed dropout and influenced of external disturbance with limited energy were considered in terms of a class of nonlinear networked control system (NNCS), network-induced delay. The problem of robust H∞ guaranteed fault-tolerant control for networked control system against actuator failures was discussed. By constructing appreciate Lyapunov-Krasovskii function, delay-dependent sufficient condition of robust H∞ guaranteed fault-tolerant was analyzed by T-S fuzzy model. The control gain could be obtained via optimization algorithm of solving several linear matrix inequalities. The lower bound of the time-delay was introduced in the function, so there was no model transformation to integral inequalities, and the free variables brought by integral inequalities were taken advantage to guarantee that there was no magnifying or ignoring. Then a less conservative result was obtained. Finally, an example was used to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the approach.

For a class of networked control system (NCS) with delay and data-packet-dropout, the issue of robust H∞ guaranteed fault-tolerant control for NCS with actuator failures was discussed, in consideration of both parameter uncertainties and external disturbance with limited energy. The data-packet-dropout was regarded as a special kind of delay. The synthetical delay possessed fast interval time-varying characteristic. Based on state feedback control strategy and Lyapunov-Krasovakii functional, the delay-dependent sufficient conditions of robust H∞ guaranteed tolerant control for closed-loop systems against actuator failures were proved. Meanwhile, the optimization design method of controller was given via solving several linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, an example was used to illustrate the effectiveness and the feasibility of proposed approach.
