The aim of this study is to examine the state of marketing in the sphere of physical culture and sport and develop methodological foundations of sports and health services marketing on its basis. In the study we adhere to the following philosophical and pedagogical strategies – methodological principles: axiological, humanistic and synergistic principles. They allow to build in a new way, substantially correct professional-personal philosophy of creative self-realization of a modern specialist in the sphere of physical culture and sports. In this article, upon a comprehensive study of the philosophical, psychological-pedagogical and methodological literature, the content analysis of the main category "marketing" has been conducted. The content analysis summarizes the ideas of foreign and Kazakh scientists-researchers in this sphere and the content of the concept "marketing". The authors of the research propose a developed technique of a special course "Sports and Health Services Marketing in Kazakhstan and Abroad", designed both for students majoring in "Physical Culture and Sports" and for coaches, organizers, specialists working in the sphere of physical culture and sports. The aim of the course is to teach to use developments of positioning of the physical culture and sports industry product with the aim of achieving and maintaining the consumer market that generates profits, as well as to be able to use the information in a manager's work, to be able to conduct marketing research and make the analysis of its results. © 2016 Doshybekov et al. The radical copolymerization of poly(ethylene glycol maleate) with acrylamide was performed for the first time to obtain 3D cross-linked polymers. The influence of temperature, pH of the medium, and organic solvents on the behavior of the synthesized copolymers was studied. The possibility of obtaining nickel nanoparticles in the bulk of the polymer gel for pyridine hydrogenation was demonstrated. © 2015 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. Source

Transport engineering of Kazakhstan is the major industry defining its successful functioning in conditions of intensifying process of globalization and internationalization of international competition problem. Transport vehicles available in the republic provide uninterrupted transportation of loads and passengers in the country. But despite the observed positive phenomenon in use of these conveyances, there are many problems in transport engineering of Kazakhstan demanding its solving. The level of developing own transport engineering of the republic is not so high as a whole, appreciable part of vehicles of the country replenishes due to import deliveries, so that US $ 10 billion are annually spent. The resource base of transport engineering of Kazakhstan doesn't allow to use more effectively its transit potential and deepen integration with neighboring countries of the Central Asian region. Special problem is caused by incompleteness of process on creation of infrastructure of transport system and slow expansion of Kazakhstani share in assembly of rolling stock of railway transport, automobile and trucks, construction and road cars. In total it attached priority significance to development of vehicle production in the country. In recent years the state accepted a series of programs on formation and primary development of machine-building complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for change-over of transport engineering on innovative basis, on cluster creation in this branch and use of private and state partnership. Nowadays dozens enterprises of transport engineering in the republic are being built, projects on construction and reconstruction of automobile and railway tracks for introducing of domestic goods both on internal, and foreign markets are realized.In this connection competitive advantages of transport engineering of the country especially railway transport were researched. Implementation of innovative modernization is of great importance for technological updating of vehicle production at the operating enterprises. For this purpose creation of independently functioning design office for mastering new types of transport vehicles and test base in the territory of the country is very important. It gives Kazakhstan after entering into force in 2015 technical regulations of the Customs union on safety of vehicles and opportunity to get approval on release of buses, cargo and automobile cars with various modification and achieve their competitiveness on sales markets. Cluster creation in transport engineering with the use of private and state partnership mechanisms will provide accelerated development of transport engineering in the country with accompanying enterprises of small and middle-sized business. In this article, phraseological modernisms in politics created by using conceptual metaphors are the subject of the research. The article studies the method of cognitive derivation of political phraseological modernisms. The objective of this article is to reveal the methods of cognitive derivation of phraseological modernisms and to describe the models of the conceptual metaphor, using which new words are built. The article uses comprehensive methodological paradigm that also includes the cross-disciplinary, anthropocentric, and cognitive principles. The methods applied in this work are: modeling, conceptual analysis, the model of conceptual metaphor in its function as a method of cognitive derivation. The following results were obtained in the process of the research: the models of conceptual metaphor used as the main method of cognitive derivation were revealed and described; it was stated that phraseological modernisms can be created by means of both secondary naming and cognitive derivation; the sub-types of ontological conceptual metaphor were identified, such as personification (the anthropomorphic model, the zoomorphic model). This article consideres the main questions of developing the engineering branch of the republic on a cluster basis. The concept of engineering clustering and necessity of its development for ensuring stability and efficiency of production development of engineering products and increasing its competitiveness is stated in the article. The prime purposes and tasks facing engineering on activization of innovative activity by means of formed clusters are defined as well. Thus special attention is paid to the choice of priority engineering clusters necessary for re-equipment of the enterprises of other industries by cars, processing equipment at the level of international standards. The basis of a choice is made by connection of a cluster with innovative infrastructure which is referred to a service sector, as innovative infrastructure is the most effective tool of introducing new technologies in production of engineering production. In this regard we can consider possibility of creating a cluster structure engineering of the republic in the form of regional or branch clusters, in certain regions of the country where necessary preconditions for formation and their functioning are found. The general structure of engineering cluster indicating the location of priority subsectors of engineering on areas of Kazakhstan is given in the article. Source
