The development of the Turkic languages should again consider the following extralinguistical factors, it means every historical period in (instruction of individual languages) and out. Periodization Kazakh language history: firstly, should careful to creation Kazakh nation and process organize nation for explain the history Kazakh language (people language, organizing national language). Kazakh people like other tribes had little ethic group. It has organized from dad to ru, from ru to union ru, from union ru to tribe, from tribe to union tribe, from union tribe to ulus, from ulus to nation. Scientists connecting History Kazakh language with history Turkic language (N. Baskakov, A. Kaidar, etc) had noticed 6 ages: altay age, gun age, ancient Turkic age, middle Turkic age, new age, modern age. We can't say whole age altay, cause it hadn't whole experienced just know: there were Turkic-mongol, tungus-manchzhur, korea-japon languages. Some experience informed history Turkic language had shumer age besides altay age. There historical writing memorial, writing badge Kazakh language connecting Kazakh history are very important organizing as a nation, people. Therefore, the periodization Turkic languages could be optimized by the application of the developed simulation model.

In article on the basis of the analysis of the legislation of the RK and some foreign countries about lawyer activity and legal profession, provisions Constitution of RK Criminal Procedure Code and the Law of RK "About lawyer activity" and scientific literature author considers a question of a concept the professional rights of the lawyer defender. The article examines the effectiveness of the exercise of advocate's powers, depending on procedural guarantees fixed in law. The author researches the meaning and the role of procedural position of the defense attorney and notes that the position should be developed for proper exercise of advocate's powers in criminal proceedings. The scientific-practice work analyses requirements of quality of professional defense in criminal cases. If still recently these requirements were of more part the internal norms of professional ethics of the lawyer's community, now there are the real legal imperatives. The article analyses the provisions of some Codes of Professional Ethics, opinions of some researchers, provisions of legislation, basic issues of ethic of representatives of advocatory, ways of negotiation of the existing problems.

Researches were conducted in the given work and optimization cone a sucking away pipe. Transformation of kinetic energy to energy of pressure to a sucking away pipe occurs to losses of some part of energy. On length of a pipe they can be divided into losses on a friction and expansion. The more diffuser pipes, the there is less than loss of kinetic energy, however with increase diffuser increase as hydraulic losses in tap. Losses in a sucking away pipe reduce effect of restoration of energy. Calculations show that losses on a friction make insignificant size, and the cores are losses on the expansion, increasing with corner increase cone, and losses on an exit which size decreases with corner increase cone as the area of target section thus increases. © SGEM2014.

This paper presents modeling of the water-wheel with a water stream by means of the computer program «Flo Wision». For the decision of problems in package FloWision before the beginning of process of modeling double-rotor water-wheels have generated sequence of actions. For creation of model of the water-wheel in Flow Vision, by means of the external program it is carried out - a geometrical preprocessor. As such preprocessor package Solid Works was used. Computer program Flow Vision is based on the equation of Naver - Stocks who also is applied together with the indissolubility equation. Before the beginning of process of modeling double rotor water-wheels, the mathematical model (a set of the equations) gets out. On principles of two basic equations in program Flow Vision interactions of a water stream with the turbine blade, sizes and character of action of hydrodynamic forces are shown. Pressure or speed are found in any point of settlement model. In program Flow Vision it is visible as pressure and speed of a hydraulic stream in points along a red line on a surface of a profile of the blade changes. The analysis of interaction of forces of a water stream with turbine blades has shown that, probably to carry out opposite rotation of two turbines in one current. It provides more effective transformation of a water stream, and to receive micro hydroelectric power station with the improved technical and economic indicators. © Research India Publications 2015.

This paper considers the technique for studying the testing of tubular solar collector in a lab. Today, there are several ways methods of using solar collectors. When using the first method, the following values are measured: Coolant flow, difference between the temperatures of the collector coolant fluid at the collector inlet and outlet and the density of the incident solar radiation flux. Here, all these values are measured simultaneously and under quasi-stationary mode. Much of the research is related to testing of collectors in field conditions using the instant method. At the end of the tests, the product of the total heat loss coefficient of the collector and efficiency coefficient of the absorption panel was determined. The heat output of the collector was also measured. As is seen from experimental methods of testing tubular solar collector, the tubular collector with an absorbing screen decreases from 0.8 to 0.17 when water is supplied at the inlet 20°C, 30°C, 40°C and 50°C, while the efficiency of the tubular collector with a reflector increases from 0.17 to 0.68 when water is supplied at the inlet 20°C, 30°C, 40°C, and then decreases to 0.4 at t1-50°C. It is obvious that the efficiency of heat absorption and transfer as a result of thermal conductivity is much higher than the capturing and reflection of sunlight by the absorbing pipe. However, both the cost and labor input involved in the manufacture of the above tubular collector with an absorbing screen is higher. © 2005 - 2016 JATIT & LLS. All rights reserved.
