The expediency is demonstrated of using ferrous metallurgy calcium-containing waste as a diluent and flux, and as a clay component, i.e., inter-shale clay (shale oil recovery waste) for reducing brick raw material drying time. The use of this waste in ceramic brick production makes it possible to conserve natural raw material, to reduce the amount of industrial waste, and to reduce environmental contamination. In addition, this usage leads to a reduction in final product cost, provides an alternative raw material for ceramic brick production, conserves unrecoverable resources, and reduces energy requirements. © 2017 Springer Science+Business Media New York

The importance of the study of social education of the individual as an integral process covering all stages of human development, supported by factors of modern development of children, adolescents, youth in the conditions of reforming education. Currently, the scientific literature has accumulated a sufficient fund of theoretical knowledge, describing the essence of the process of socialization. However, analysis of numerous concepts of socialization shows that there is no single overarching theory of socialization. The greatest effect on the social personality formation provides an educational institution, the teaching staff opinion and the coeval’s influence. This underlines the particular social formation, and its distinction from the other educational concepts. Heat-insulation ceramic materials were obtained on the basis of oil-shale wastes without using conventional raw material. The character of the phase transformations accompanying the firing of the ceramic materials was studied. It was shown that at temperature 950°C the liquid phase formed initiates the crystallization of mullite at firing temperature 1050°C. © 2015 Springer Science+Business Media New York.

The use of high-alumina nanotechnogenic raw material as grog was found to be expedient for increasing the heat-resistance of clinker brick. As the content of aluminum oxide Al2O3 in a ceramic body compositions increases, the heat-resistance increases and the CLTE decreases when the clinker brick is fired (1250°C). For Al2O3 content in the ceramic body from 41 to 43% the heat-resistance of the clinker brick reaches its maximum value and ranges from 11 to 13 cycles. Regression analysis was used to obtain a mathematical model to determine the heat-resistance of clinker brick at points that were not present in the experimental series. © 2016 Springer Science+Business Media New York

The study analyzes the methods and mechanisms the protection of information, structures attacks type DoS/DDoS/DRDoS and models of their tracking computer networks. Is developed classification of mathematical models of information threats which helps effectively to solve problems of counteraction of DoS/DDoS/DRDoS attacks. And also is carried the review of model of communication of the client and the server to see key problems of the architecture steady for the specified attacks on computer networks. Are analysed known approaches and models of tracking of attacks like DoS/DDoS/DRDoS. It is noted that for tracking of the IP address of a source of attack to refusal in service it is expedient to use a method probabilistic markings of packages. © Medwell Journals, 2014.

The effect of Samara Metallurgical Plant waste on physicomechanical properties and structure formation of heat-resistant composite based on phosphate binders is studied. Developments are analyzed and results are given for studying creation of new cement-free heat-resistant composites for lining heating units. Slurry waste is distinguished from very fine powder materials of natural and technogenic origin by nanosize that is within the limits of 50 to 100 nm, and depends on formation conditions. © 2015 Springer Science+Business Media New York.

The dependence of the effect of Al2O3 on acid-resistant refractory acid and thermal shock resistance is studied. Regression analysis is used in this work, which is a basic method of contemporary mathematical statistics for revealing concealed and implicit connections between observed data. A model dependence is plotted on the basis of actual experimental results, and the dependence of test results is described analytically. Regression analysis makes it possible to obtain mathematical models making it possible to predict ceramic properties at points not within a series of experiments. © 2015 Springer Science+Business Media New York

This article is devoted to important aspects of preventing workplace trauma in the ferrous metallurgy industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article focuses in particular on the Aksu Ferroalloys Plant, which is one of the largest factories in that industry. The use of Kinney’s method to evaluate workplace safety makes it possible to assess risks and implement the organizational, technical, and technological measures necessary to avoid hazardous situations that can lead to emergencies or accidents.
