Formation and accumulation of experience in cultural activity forms the thinking and culture in its entirety. The experience of intercultural activity is one of the attributes of the modern culture, in which harmonious development depends on the interaction of different cultures. Education meeting social, political, and economical requirements of the contemporary society is meant to solve the problem of intercultural education. Formation of democratic and tolerant intercultural personality, which retains its own culture, but understands and accepts other cultures and has sufficient competence for adequate behavior in the circumstances of cross-cultural communication, is the finite goal of intercultural education. This all is achieved through application of certain communicative strategies, which are assumed the strategies of mutual understanding, cooperation, competition, and avoidance of conflicts. The progress of the modern society is impossible without formation and accumulation of this experience, which is understood as sociocultural, sociolinguistic, and intercultural competences. These competences are necessary for successful integration into the world cultural space, which is characterized as orientation to the communication partner.

In article music education is considered by the author as multilevel social-pedagogical system. Its structurally functional features, backbone factor, subsystem education are analyzed. Possibility of creation of an adequate control system is investigated. Despite a certain novelty of this subject in science about musical culture it was already repeatedly considered in monographs and booklets of many authors. The appeal to the concept of social and pedagogical system in the field of music education is actual and expedient at least for two reasons: this is accumulation of a large volume in the theory and practice of music education demanding reasonable systematization, on the other hand is a conceptual basis capable to become the system base of the theory of integrated management of training of specialists in the sphere of music education.

The purpose of the research is to examine the correlation between performer’s personal characteristics and the features of his/her artistic activity. The authors analyze various interpretations, proving that the character and temperament influence the properties of the performed musical material, including: the nature of sound; an attitude to the author's text from literal repetition of the author’s text to prevalence of own performance vision etc. It is established that the musician is required to have an ability to clearly and lucidly convey the content of compositions being performed to the listener, to tell about them in layman's terms, to find an approach to any audience.
