The article presents the solution for the problem of optimal distribution of electric locomotives in repair enterprises for carrying out repairs in the frame of technical service-8 (TS-8) and increased technical service-8 (ITS-8). The aim of the study is to improve the efficacy of a rolling stock with a simultaneous decrease in the total expenses connected with the repair of locomotives and their transportation in repair enterprises. This is possible due to a reduction in the requirement for repairs by optimization of a resource before change of wheel bandages in electric locomotives VL80c that promotes an increase in their between-repairs run.

In the course of work a new vibrating compactor with single-direction inertial forces according to the authors' innovative license is applied. Examination of possible dependence on substantiation of the new vibrating device parameters is shown. The new single-direction vibrating device for road crushed rock compaction allows decreasing vibration to the machine frame and increasing its working capacity. The new vibrating device's efficiency to 11,7% increases the existing ones.

In this article we consider the possibility of using a single lens to modulate the speed of the electron beam. It is shown that the use of a single lens as a modulator in speed does not affect the value of the coefficient of interaction with the electron flux field lens.

Considered cryptosystems such as Cardano square lattices are characterized by the high-speed encryption in use today Enhanced Programming computers. This is because the number of different variants rapidly increases with the size of a square. In this paper we have shown that, for the size of 20 x 20, the number of such grids exceeds the number of 1.6 × 260 Therefore, these systems have sufficient cryptographic resistance. Application of these systems in conjunction with substitution cipher can still more resist cryptographic attacks. © 2013 IEEE.

Today modern locomotives of KZ4AC, KZ8A, TE33A series were put into service in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In order to establish safe operating mode of these locomotives the admissible speed on the railway tracks of the Republic of Kazakhstan was determined. The admissible speed of locomotives was determined on the basis of analysis on the results of dynamic and railroad tests and calculations for stress of railway construction.
