This article presents the stages of creation and results of mechanical and thermomechanical tests of one-package adhesive materials of the CMK-OK series with latent curing systems developed by JSC Kompozit. It is shown that these adhesive materials can be used as structural adhesives containing fillers and having high strength characteristics at temperatures of 20 and 150°C. © 2017, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

The system for illuminating a mask of the nanolithograph for EUV lithography at the 13.5 nm wavelength is considered. The basic elements of the system are a source of extreme ultraviolet radiation, a spherical mirror-collector, and a compound mirror (homogenizer) that consists of 25 minimirrors and provides uniform exposure of the required area of the mask. Numerical computations of minimirror parameters are given in comparison to experiments, and reflection factors of minimirrors in the vicinity of λ = 13.5 nm are presented. © 2011 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

The paper presents the first results of development of manufacturing technology of metallic chromium targets from highly enriched isotope 50Cr for irradiation in a high flux nuclear reactor to obtain a compact high intensity neutrino source with low content of radionuclide impurities and minimum losses of enriched isotope. The main technological stages are the hydrolysis of chromyl fluoride, the electrochemical reduction of metallic chromium, the hot isostatic pressing of chromium powder and the electrical discharge machining of chromium bars. The technological stages of hot isostatic pressing of chromium powder and of electrical discharge machining of Cr rods have been tested. © 2016, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

Experimental results of action of ionizing radiations on deposition of outgassed products emerged from a polymeric composite on cover glass surface of spacecraft solar cells are presented. Numerical analysis of the results showed existence of threshold flux densities of radiation acting on surface. It is shown that above thresholds the deposition rate of outgassed products on cover glass surface is decreased. Copyright © 2013 European Space Agency.

The results of investigation of domestic impregnating and potting compounds that can function at temperatures up to 180-200°C developed at JSC Kompozit are presented. Composites with SiC-matrix or with prevailing SiC matrix are the main ceramic composites that are used at present in various fields. SiC matrix can be derived either from a vapor phase or by impregnating of preforms. The most common technology of obtaining SiC-matrix by CVI is the process which uses methyltrichlorsilane (MTS) as a raw material. Obtaining SiC-matrix from monomethylsilane (MMS) is an alternative method of CVI/CVD. Important advantage of this technology is absence of need in powerful purification systems, especially in case of a huge dimension of equipment employed. This paper gives data on C-SiC composites with matrix derived from MMS including applications as uncooled nozzle extensions of rocket engines, cross-type high temperature heat exchangers, combustion chambers of low-thrust engines. In spite of amorphous structure of SiC deposit it is capable of crystallizing to a considerable extent at 1200°C. The greater temperature of the C-SiC composite annealing leads to a more crystalline SiC matrix. It is shown that high oxidation resistance (at 1500-1600°C and up to 1800°C) of C-SiC composite are conditioned also by high phase homogeneity of SiC matrix and its chemical purity.
