This paper mainly tells about the craft process of Viloft/Cashmere blended knitting yarn spun on air jet vortex spinning system. According to the performance of fibers, a reasonable production process and right process parameters were set. Viloft/cashmere 80/20 19. 7 tex air-jet vortex knitting yarn was spun by setting necessary technical parameters. The yarn conforms to the demand of knitting that the filoplume and yarn evenness are excellent, and the breaking strength is moderate after testing. That means spinning cashmere blended yarn on air-jet vortex spinning system is feasible.

This paper tells about development of OE 18.5 tex Tencel/cashmere/spun silk knitting yarn. These three fibers have good luster and handle. The cost will be reduced and the yarn will keep excellent properties by reasonable mixing among three fibers. Three fibers mix spinning after using optimized design, then several measures are selected those including suitable blending ratio, reasonable materials mixed mode, yarn spinning flow, pre-treatment for materials, applying parameter of each craft correctly and adopting necessary technical measurements. The problem is solved that cashmere and spun silk have grave static electricity and apt to twine. The yarn quality of OE 18.5 tex Tencel/cashmere/spun silk knitting yarn is good after testing and various indexes achieve requirement for using.

This paper tells about the development of air inclusion flat knitting fabric with single concaveconvex stripe in flat knitting machine. The stripe is a partial expression of weft knitting fabric, but common stripes are singleness in appearance and structure. Air inclusion flat knitting fabric is developed after improving and the tripe is presented only in one side of the fabric with the appearance of concave-convex air inclusion. The pattern of fabric can be extended by changing the course number of dyed yarn, by adjusting the density of course or by increasing the variety of dyed yarn. Then, these can satisfy the people's need in some degree. Meanwhile the air inclusion flat knitting fabric with single concave-convex stripe is knitted on converted flat knit machine with a cam fixed on front needle bed and the knit efficiency is raised.
