A new Ru(II) complex of [Ru(bpy) 2(Hmspip)]Cl 2 {in which bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, Hmspip = 2-(4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl)-1H- imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline} have been synthesized and characterized. The ground- and excited-state acid-base properties of [Ru(bpy) 2(Hmspip)] Cl 2 and its parent complex of [Ru(bpy) 2(Hpip)]Cl 2 {Hpip = 2-phenyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline} have been studied by UV-visible (UV-vis) and emission spectrophotometric pH titrations. [Ru(bpy) 2(Hmspip)]Cl 2 acts as a calf thymus DNA intercalators with a binding constant of 4.0 × 10 5 M -1 in buffered 50 mM NaCl, as evidenced by UV-vis and luminescence titrations, steady-state emission quenching by [Fe(CN) 6] 4-, DNA competitive binding with ethidium bromide, reverse salt titrations and viscosity measurements. © 2011 Elsevier B.V. We successfully prepared a novel inorganic-organic hybrid electrostatically self-assembled multilayer film by alternately depositing Prussian blue (PB) and a thiophene-containing hemicyanine. The optical, electrochemical, and photoelectrochemical properties of the as-prepared films were studied by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and photoelectrochemical experiment. Linear increases in the absorbances at 376 and 698 nm with the number of deposited layers, up to at least 8 layers, indicated that film deposition was uniform and reproducible. The PB in the prepared films was found to occur surface-confined rather than diffusion-controlled redox reactions and the peak currents increased with an increase in the number of layers up to 5 layers. Upon irradiation with 100 mW·cm-2 white light the films exhibited stable and reproducible cathodic photocurrents, which increased as the number of layers increased up to 4 layers. A maximum photocurrent density of 0.28 μA·cm-2 was found for the four-layer film at a bias voltage of -0.4 V vs the saturated calomel electrode. © Editorial office of Acta Physico-Chimica Sinica.

2-(5-Phenylthiophen-2-yl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline (Hptip) and its RuII complex [Ru(bpy)2(Hptip)](PF6) 2 (where bpy=2,2′-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. The acid-base properties of the complex were studied by UV-visible and luminescence spectrophotometric pH titrations, and ground- and excited-state acidity ionization constants were derived. The DNA-binding properties of [Ru(bpy)2(Hptip)](PF6)2 were also investigated by means of UV-vis and emission spectroscopy, salt effects, steady-state emission quenching by [Fe(CN)6]4-, DNA competitive binding with ethidium bromide, DNA melting experiments, and viscosity measurements. Density functional theoretical calculations were also carried out in order to understand the DNA binding properties. © 2011 CSIRO.

Two novel borates [(CH3)3NH][B5O6(OH)4] (I) and Na2[H2TMED][B7O9(OH)5]2 (II) have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions, and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for I: monoclinic, P21/c, a = 9.3693(11) Å, b = 14.0375(17) Å, c = 10.0495(9) Å, β = 91.815(9)°, Z = 4. Crystal data for II: monoclinic, P21/c, a = 11.6329(2) Å, b = 11.9246(3) Å, c = 10.2528(2) Å, β = 100.178(2)°, Z = 4. Their crystal structures both have 3D supramolecular framework with large channels constructed by O-H···O hydrogen-bonding among the polyanions of [B5O6(OH)4]- or [B7O9(OH)5]2- clusters. The templating organic amines cations in I and II are both located in the channels of 3D supramolecular frameworks, respectively, and interact with the polyborate frameworks both electrostatically and via hydrogen bonds of N-H···O. Na2[H2TMED][B7O9(OH)5]2 is the first example of heptaborate co-templated by alkali metal and organic base, which is also rare in borates. The photoluminescence property of the synthetic sample of Na2[H2TMED][B7O9(OH)5]2 in the solid state at room temperature was also investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York.

Three kinds of new 4ZnO·B2O3·H2O nanostructures of bunch-, chrysanthemum-, and plumy-like morphologies have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions at 140°C in the presence of ethanol. The as-synthesized products were characterized by the chemical analysis, TG, XRD, FT-IR, SEM and TEM. All the synthesized 4ZnO·B2O3·H2O nanostructures consist of nanoribbons. A series of control experiments confirmed that the morphologies of the products were influenced by the reaction time, temperature, and the presence of the surfactant of PEG-300. Furthermore, the flame retardant properties of the synthesized 4ZnO·B2O3·H2O nanostructures were investigated by the thermal analysis method, demonstrating that they had the better behaviors than the non-nanostructure sample. © 2011 Elsevier B.V.

In recent years, with the popularity of the network, the assistance of the network seem to be much more important. It requests much higher performance to the network as well as great pressure to available bandwidth. And P2P (Peer-to-Peer) network accelerates the exhaustion of the rest bandwidth. Therefore, different network traffic classification algorithms turn up one after another, such as machine learning, data mining, pattern recognition etc. No matter which algorithms are adopted, one technique detail cannot be neglected, classifying the packets into flows (flow-split) process. This process may achieve better time complexity and space complexity in short time interval traffic traces. But with the extension of the traffic traces scale, the split-flow process appears time-consuming and effort-consuming. In addition, split-flow plays irreplaceable role in the construction of the classification algorithms and the classification. In this paper, we propose parallel flow-split model and estimate the efficiency with the sequential model to derive our experimental results. © 2013 IEEE.

Inorganic nanometer dust modified polymer has become the hot spot of research on new materials. The polymer-based nanometer A12O3 composites is described in terms of its preparation and properties, which can be prepared by use of in-situ polymerization, sol-gel, and solution co-blending. The addition of A12O3 converts significantly the electronic, mechanical, optical and thermal properties of the composites. The mechanical property of the composites is improved as well as the heat conductivity and dielectric property; however, agglomeration occurs frequently in the preparation process of nanometer A12O3, which need to be modified to improve the compatibility between A12O3 and polymer for large scale industrial production. © 2016, Beijing Yanshan Branch, Assets Management Corporation, SINOPEC. In this paper, band structure of two-dimensional magnotic crystal composed of elliptic rods triangularly arranged is calculated by using the plane-wave expansion method. The results show that under the condition of the same filling ratio, the width and central frequency of band gap obviously change with the ratio between two radii of ellipse, and that elliptic cylinder scattering body can open the lower frequency band gap or widen the low frequency band gap. © 2014 Chinese Physical Society.

In order to meet the requirements of industrial production, to obtaine good computer flow ratio control system, the computer flow ratio control system based on network instrument has been designed. The design regards networked instrument as the medium of information exchange, and gives the computer flow ratio control system design and implementation scheme, focuses on the analysis of the network equipment application in the design of computer flow ratio control system. The design first give the significance of flow ratio control in the actual production process; then expound the mechanism of system debugging; after that, combine with the characteristics of network instrument, put forward the design scheme of flow ratio control system, and carry on some research on it;finally, draw the conclusion by making comparison. The design results show that, the system has high control precision and stability, which can obtain good control effect, meet the requirement of production process. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
