the last decades, the nonholonomic control systems have attracted lots of interest, but little has been done in the nonholonomic control systems with rheonomous affine kinematic model constraints. In this paper, we structure the nonlinear control systems of the nonholonomic control systems with rheonomous affine kinematic model constraints for the first time, and propose an adaptive control system for the tracking control of the nonholonomic control systems with rheonomous affine kinematic model constraints. As a clean energy, wind energy plays a more and more important role in the energy structure. Each uncertainty, intermittent and wind farm and other aspects of the wind to make use of wind energy difficulties. In order to solve these difficulties and to study the wind power laws, and better utilization of wind energy. we establish a new CFGM(1,1) model by combining the Linear Regression Model with FGM(1,1) appropriately in this paper. Equipping steel tower atop building structural system at the top of high-rise buildings is applied increasingly. However, the earthquake disasters indicate that under seismic effect, the tower on the roof reacts strongly to the earthquake, and the gazebo is damaged greatly under the condition that major structure has no earthquake damage. Based on analyzing the characteristics and application methods of ETABS software, for engineering projects, the paper uses ETABS software and simplified calculation method to calculate and make comparison analysis on steel tower atop building structure. The analysis results indicate that the method established in the paper has higher accuracy, which can meet the engineering requirements. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. Source

Because of the important technological and economic impacts of wind speed on wind power generation and the increasing as a renewable energy source in many countries of wind power, providing accurate wind speed prediction algorithms has become increasingly significant to the planning of wind speed plants, the scheduling dispatchable generation and tariffs in the day-ahead electricity market and the operation of power systems. In this paper, a strategy, which adopts ARFIMA-EGARCH model is presented for wind speed forecasting. The results show that ARFIMAEGARCH model, which combines both the long memory time series and the conditional heteroscedastic processes, possesses higher accuracy than the classical approach towards wind forecasting. © 2013 Trade Science Inc. - INDIA. Higher gear-grinding accuracy can be obtained by using a flat-faced grinding wheel (FGW) and a generating method. However, the phenomenon of interfering with the adjacent tooth will happen when an unsuitable outer-edge width of the FGW is dressed. In order to optimise the shape of the FGW and further improve its rigidity and grinding accuracy, studies on the relative motion trajectory of the FGW, the correlations of the maximum outer-edge width (wmax) with the head frame setting angle (HSA, αy) and the adjustment quantity (E) in the feed direction were conducted. Finally a motion simulation and a grinding experiment verified the reasonability of the mathematical model and several improved measures to achieve interference free and rigid gear grinding were obtained.
