The lithology is complex in Tangyuan faulted depression, so the lithological sorting is the key to reservoir prediction in this area. The density curve is reconstructed, which is based on logging-multiple seismic attribute extraction, to eliminate the wall collapse, crack and other factors. Multi-parameters well constrained inversion method based on the sequence stratigraphic framework is used to predict the lithology of SX1R unit of Xin'ancun formation in Tangyuan faulted depression, Predicted results agree well with the actual drilling data and the predict-rate reach 87.63%. The high-resolution inversion data volume is obtained through the sequence stratigraphic framework of the well constrained inversion, and it depicts rate of sand thickness than the target layer thickness and the spatial distribution of sandstone, also it reveals the rule of lithological distribution: sand thickness center is located in basin side of the deep depression fault, and the sandstone is mainly distributed in the western slope of the range, the eastern edge and the central uplift. Based on the field geological profile and inorganic geochemical elemental analysis of samples, trace element characteristics of Eocene Jijuntun Formation have been studied and favorable oil shale metallogenic conditions have been discussed. The average values Sr/Cu, Rb/Sr, Sr/Ba, B/Ga in poor ore and rich ore segments of Jijuntun Formation are 2.30, 0.63, 0.20, 1.07 and 3.41, 0.43, 0.34, 1.50 separately. The contents of Rb, Sr, Cu, Ba, Ga, B and those ratios indicate that in study aera Jijuntun Formation formed in warm, humid climatic conditions and fresh water environment. The average values of Sr/Cu, Rb/Sr, Sr/Ba and B/G are 24.63, 0.14, 1.25 and 3.90 respectively, and these ratios and the contents of Rb, Sr, Cu, Ba, Ga, B indicate Xiloutian Formation formed in dry, hot climatic conditions and simisaline-saline water environment. Correlation between Sr/Cu, Rb/Sr and Sr/Ba and carbon and oxygen isotope in carbonate rock of Xilutian Formation indicate that the paleoclimate is the main factor which controls the palaeosalinity and paleo-lake is closed type during the upper segment of Jijuntun Formation and Xiloutian Formation. The oil shale formed in warm, humid climatic conditions and fresh water depositional environment. Warm, humid climatic conditions and closed type paleo-lake are beneficial for the forming of high grade oil shale. Source
