As it is of great importance to extract useful information from heterogeneous Web data, in this paper, we propose a novel heterogeneous Web data extraction algorithm using a modified hidden conditional random fields model. Considering the traditional linear chain based conditional random fields can not effectively solve the problem of complex and heterogeneous Web data extraction, we modify the standard hidden conditional random fields in three aspects, which are 1) Using the hidden Markov model to calculate the hidden variables, 2) Modifying the standard hidden conditional random fields through two stages. In the first stage, each training data sequence is learned using hidden Markov model, and then implicit variables can be visible. In the second stage, parameters can be learned for a given sequence. (3) The objective functions of hidden conditional random fields are revised, and the heterogeneous Web data are extracted by maximizing the posterior probability of the modified hidden conditional random fields. Finally, experiments are conducted to make performance evaluation on two standard datasets-"EData dataset and Research Papers dataset". Compared with the existing Web data extraction methods, it can be seen that the proposed algorithm can extract useful information from heterogeneous Web data effectively and efficiently. © 2014 ACADEMY PUBLISHER.

Aiming at the low limitation of shilling attack detection technology unsupervised degree, this paper takes the group effect attack profile as the breakthrough point to construct the attack profile groups and the corresponding genetic optimization objective function of quantitative measure of the effects, and prove that the maximum value of the objective function in the ideal state marks the optimum detection effects in ideal situation. On this basis, the combination of genetic optimization process will be adaptive parameter posterior inference and objective function, and proposes the Iterative Bayesian Inference Genetic Detection Algorithm (IBIGDA).Experimental results show that IBIGDA can effectively detect shilling attacks of typical types even in lack of the system or attack-related prior parameters. IBIGDA algorithm can detect common shilling attack, unsupervised degree is high, with the actual application requirements. © 2014 SERSC.

For the shortcomings of traditional network security alarm correlation method, combined with the original alarm information privacy protection needs. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of multi-step attack, proposed the use of sequential pattern mining techniques associated with rapid multi-step attack methods QSPM. And on this basis, proposed privacy protection security alarm multistep attack sequence pattern mining method PPSPM, Achieve the associated sequence of events following the invasion premise security. Experiments show that the algorithm makes quantitative analysis. And compared with typical sequential pattern mining algorithm.
