Sunshine sport is one of the important contents of sports education in colleges and universities. Weaknesses and problems of sunshine sports of colleges and universities are studied and discussed in this paper. Firstly, evaluation indexes of sunshine sports are confirmed. And a comprehensive evaluation system is established. Secondly, under the evaluation system, different evaluation indexes are analyzed and the whitening weight functions corresponding to those indexes are constructed. Next, with the weight of index taken into account, a grey clustering evaluation model of sunshine sports for colleges and universities is taken shape and the overall sunshine sports capacity of colleges and universities are obtained based on weighted grey clustering coefficients. Results show that the model is reliable and can be applied to various cases. Last but not the least, the efficacy and the practicality of the model are verified through case study. Evaluation of physical classroom teaching and learning activities throughout every aspect, to improve teaching effectiveness truly, it should be to make good use of classroom evaluation mechanism, give full play to evaluate incentives. We should grasp the psychology of students to evaluate the shock study; use and develop evaluation methods and tools to evaluate the Guidance creatively; evaluation of the content of expression common to evaluate and promote study; evaluation should reflect the interest in learning, the process of participation in sports civilization, mental health, sports performance and other aspects, seeks to evaluate the student's role play. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems for evaluating the physical education teaching effectiveness of the higher colleges and universities with intuitionistic fuzzy information. We utilize the intuitionistic fuzzy Einstein weighted average (IFEWA) operator to aggregate the intuitionistic fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative and get the overall value of the alternatives, then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s) according to the score function and accuracy function of the overall value of the alternatives. Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating the physical education teaching effectiveness of the higher colleges and universities with intuitionistic fuzzy information is given.

In order to solve problems in the development of sports teachers and encourage college sports teachers to improve their teaching quality and their ability of doing scientific research. It researches on the current performance assessment of sports teachers in higher educational institutions. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems for evaluating the performance of physical education teachers in colleges with hesitant fuzzy information. We utilize the generalized hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted distance (GHFOWD) measure to aggregate the hesitant fuzzy numbers corresponding to each alternative and derive the overall value of the alternatives, then rank the alternatives. Finally an illustrative example has been given to show the developed approach. Research shows that the current assessment system focuses on the reward and punishment of teachers. It is not systematic as a whole and lacks the overall participation of all teachers, thus failing to work effectively. Therefore, we should encourage teachers to participate in the assessment and make the assessment more transparent. We should combine performance assessment with the training and career development of teachers.

This study is to research the current situation and the effect which is brought by the nutrition food of the green band development in sports nutrition food. Sports nutrition is the study and practice of nutrition and diet as it relates to athletic performance. It is concerned with the type and quantity of fluid and food taken by an athlete and deals with nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, supplements and organic substances such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Although an important part of many sports training regimens, it is most commonly considered in strength sports and endurance sports. From the view of meeting the demand for health of athletes, this study discussed the green brand development in sports nutrition food. Taking sustainable development theory as principle, we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of green brand in sports nutrition food. In the fierce competitive environment, some companies blindly pursue the number of products, but ignore the quality of products. However, with the environmental protection consciousness and self-protection awareness, pure natural food, high-quality green food and healthy food have become people's preference. As for athletes, they also choose the green sports nutrition food. Therefore, developing the green brand for sports nutrition food will be a sustainable road for all food companies. In past 2 years, the developments of sports nutritive products, the formulation of trade standard, spread of sports nutrition knowledge, international and domestic scientific exchanges and training of sports dietitian had been done. With the development of Internet technology, the number of the network users becomes more and more, and computer networks has to deal with an amazing amount of information every day. With database management system (DBMS) being used widely, many people put up with the multimedia extensions, for example, the multimedia technology which is based on the original vehicle. However, as for the meaningful queries for multimedia data semantics, these extensions are shortage of the methods to manage advanced indexing, content modeling and multimedia programming library. In this context, this paper introduces the mpeg-7 multimedia database system, pointing out that the innovative part of the system is dependent on xml meg-7 standardized meta-data model, a new mpeg-7indexing and query system, designing application libraries which have query optimization and support internality and externality. The problem of evaluating the physical education teaching quality of higher education institution with uncertain information is the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems for evaluating the physical education teaching quality of higher education institution with uncertain information. We utilize the uncertain weighted geometric mean (UWGM) operator and uncertain ordered weighted geometric mean (UOWGM) operator to aggregate the uncertain information corresponding to each alternative and get the overall value, then rank and select the most desirable one(s) by using the formula of the degree of possibility for the comparison between two uncertain variables. Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating the physical education teaching quality of higher education institution is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.
