According to the B-H curve and structure dimensions of the Snubber, induction voltage and eddy current of any core lamination with the thickness of saturated regions are derived by referring to Fink's method, when accelerator breakdown occurs at the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST). Using Ampere's law, in each core tape, the eddy current and the thickness of saturated regions are deduced. And then, the equivalent resistance of the Snubber is obtained. The transient eddy current due to stray capacitance is analyzed, and the exponential time constant and the arc current are obtained. Then the maximum width of the lamination and the minimum thickness of the core tape are 28 mm and 114 μm, respectively. The obtained experimental time constant is approximately the same as the calculated one, which proves the accuracy and efficiency of the analysis method.

The existence of solution of boundary value problems for a class of second order functional differential equation on the infinite interval is studied. Schauder fixed point theorem and condensing mapping theory are applied to these problems. Some existence and uniqueness results are obtained which is the improvement of the result in previons papers.

300 samples from 21 organizations in Meizhou were surveyed through questionnaire investigation (Effective ones are 208, accounting for 69.33%) .The research carried on reliability analysis and validity analyses using the SPSS software. This research also executed regression analysis on the independent variable indexes and the extracted performance indexes. The result shows, strategic human resource management innovation-oriented is positively correlated with enterprise's both financial performance and non-financial performance. ©2010 IEEE.

Based on the rapid genetic algorithm (RGA), the band gap structures of square lattices with square scatters are optimized. In the optimizing process, gene codes are used to express square scatters and the fitting function adopts the relative values of the largest absolute photonic band gaps (PBGs). By changing the value of filling factor, three cell forms with large photonic band gaps are obtained. In addition, the comparison between the rapid genetic algorithm and the general genetic algorithm (GGA) is analyzed. © Tianjin University of Technology and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2011.

Profit is usually listed the first visual angle of management. What the so-called 'management desire' refers to should be a kind of thirst for power. At the same time, a harmonious idea penetrates in each part of management. Management pursues effect that 1+1> 2, as implies a kind of interactive angle of view. Economy is unavoidably necessary as a reference system when decomposing management from profit perspective. Entering the commercial domain, power appears by forms of corporate politics and market politics. The so-called 'construction of harmonious society' more selects society as the referring standard. The self-concept is a management phenomenon contradictory with interaction. To deal with it requires taking the entire or the larger system as reference, namely systematic view. Optimization of inviting outside investment requires leading of inviting technologies themselves. There should be innovations over normal ones. Technology of outside investment inviting need to innovate is undisputable. The purposed research on technological innovation of inviting outside investment appears not abundant. The inviting subjects are mostly interested in recommendation of concrete projects. This paper attempts to discuss outside investment invitation academically, hoping that technological innovation of outside investment invitation can be a breakthrough of reform and open's acceleration. This paper proposes some strategies and schemes on this domain t referring classical strategic works like 'Thirty-six strategies' to solve practical problems. 'The people's commune', 'stealthy substitute', 'wisdom works' and some others are included. The paper brings forward some measures supporting innovative technologies such as setting up and perfecting liability system of outside investment inviting, and taking powerful measures to assure the released privilege policy's actual implementation. © 2010 IEEE.
