The thesis adopted free stream to treat wool printed fabrics and tested fiber content, dimensional change of fabrics induced by free stream, breaking force, elongation at breaking force, bending behavior, air permeability and colour fastness to light. The results showed that the specimen had 100% wool fiber, warp and weft of dimensional change of fabrics induced by free stream were -0.6% and -0. 3% , breaking force decreased, elongation at breaking increased,bending behavior improved,air Dermeabilitv reduced, colour fastness to lieh was better than level 4.

This paper adopted homemade mechine and guard heated plate instrument to test thermal retention with accumulated of textiles, got heating power of textile, the temperature under simulated sunlight irradiation stage and cooling stage, deduced formula for calculating thermal retention with accumulated of textiles, calculated regenerative rate of change and heat rate of change to characterize regenerative property and thermal performance. The results showed that regenerative rate of change was 23.5 J/min, heat rate of change was 0.1°C/min, this test method could characterize regenerative property and thermal performance of textiles.
