Highway is an important transportation infrastructure in the country. Its characteristics include the large investment, long construction period and wide social influence. In order to effectively control the highway construction cost, the paper conducts the research of the highway construction cost control model. Through the analysis of the composition and classification of the highway construction cost, and expounds the content of the highway construction cost control. It includes cost forecast, cost plan, cost, cost accounting, cost analysis and cost assessment. In order to introduce the earned value method theory to the highway construction cost control, it analyzes the current parameter and evaluation index of the earned value method theory. It improves the existing earned value method theory. The improved earned value method theory is to improve the earned value method theory by considering the quality factor. With the improved earned value method theory, it realizes the construction quality of quantitative influence on cost. It establishes the highway construction cost control model based on the improved earned value method theory. The highway construction cost control model can achieve the goal of highway construction cost control. © 2016 IEEE.

Urban rail transit is an important part of urban infrastructure construction. The development of urban rail transit is the key to the urban infrastructure construction. In order to achieve the comprehensive evaluation of urban rail transit project, optimize the allocation of resources and improve the level of investment gain, the paper develops the urban rail transit project evaluation model research. By analyzing the concept, classification and characteristics of urban rail transit project, the basic theory of urban rail transit project has been clear. Based on the analysis of the urban rail transit project evaluation theory, it puts forward the current urban rail transit project evaluation method based on the net present value has limitations. It doesn't take into account the capital cost of the project, and the evaluation index are not comprehensive enough. Economic value added, which is more realistic than the traditional project evaluation index, can reflect the economic benefits of urban rail transit project. Using economic value added theory in urban rail transit project evaluation is very necessary. Based on the analysis of the economic value added theory, the urban rail transit project evaluation index system and the urban rail transit project evaluation model based on the economic value added theory are established. It can guide the scientific decision of urban rail transit project. © 2016 IEEE.

This mini-review presents the progress of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT)-based thermoelectric (TE) materials having been made in recent years. Systematic research on the TE properties of PEDOT has been carried out since 2008, and then attracted more and more attentions. For PEDOT-based materials, a ZT of 10 -1 can be easily obtained nowadays. Considering the advanced techniques for bulk material processing and intensive concerns on PEDOT, a ZT ∼10 0 may be possible for PEDOT-based TE materials in the near future. However, this TE performance level (10 -1-10 0) may be enough for military and niche applications, since other inherent attributes of PEDOT such as weight, size, and flexibility may be of greater importance. In this paper, we reviewed various materials based on PEDOT in nanoscales, mixtures, and composites and summarized their TE properties, which might facilitate the future TE research of PEDOT. © 2012 Elsevier B.V. Using the Android Internet APP and JAVA technology to build a new teaching management platform, the platform has the basic function of the Web server, and students can easily real-time browsing and querying various teaching information from the mobile phone. The platform adopts B/S framework and MVC software as the development environment to layout technology platform by using the Android APP, so the platform has good information querying and resource sharing function. In order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the platform, we the number of the platform’s data transmission, flow use and flow queries can be real-time counted, which can obtain the platform operation curve and statistical results under three kinds of conditions, so the results can be seen that the platform of data transfer and flow usage are more stable in different period of time, it is no big fluctuations and complies with the design requirements, to provide technical reference for the research of students mobile phone internet teaching. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

The rapid development of novel organic technologies has led to significant applications of the organic electronic devices such as light-emitting diodes, solar cells, and field-effect transistors. There is a great need for conducting polymers with high conductivity and transparency to act as the charge transport layer or electrical interconnect in organic devices. Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonic acid) (PEDOT:PSS), well-known as the most remarkable conducting polymer, has this role owing to its good film-forming properties, high transparency, tunable conductivity, and excellent thermal stability. In this Review, various of interesting physical and chemical approaches that can effectively improve the electrical conductivity of PEDOT:PSS are summarized, focusing especially on the mechanism of the conductivity enhancement as well as applications of PEDOT:PSS films. Prospects for future research efforts are also provided. It is expected that PEDOT:PSS films with high conductivity and transparency could be the focus of future organic electronic materials breakthroughs. © 2015 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Magnesium alloys were anodized firstly in a neutral solution and then in an alkaline solution by micro-arc oxidation (MAO). The second step of MAO was a competition between old film dissolution and new film formation. The curves of voltage and mass gain with time showed that in the initial stage, the old film was dissolved. Surface morphologies and EDX analyses indicated that a new film was formed after 1 min. The transition from the process dominated by old film dissolution to that by new film formation took place when the new film had completely covered the old film. © 2010 Elsevier Ltd. Four novel asymmetrical diarylethenes with a pyrrole and a variable aryl unit have been synthesized. Their crystal structures and photochromic performance were systematically studied to elucidate the effects of the aromatic stabilization energy (ASE) of aryl units. Experimental results showed that their thermal stability as well as cyclization quantum yield, photoconversion ratio, fluorescence modulation efficiency, and fatigue resistance exhibited a strong correlation with ASE. © 2013 American Chemical Society.

Back-propagation (BP) neural network algorithm is currently used most widely and grows fastest for its powful nonlinear simulation capability. However BP neural network is so easy to fall into local minima that it can't find the global optimum which limits its application in many fields. The paper, taking tax innovation teaching evaluation for example, advances a new evaluation algorithm based on improved BP neural network algorithm. Firstly an evaluation indicator system of tax major innovation teaching is designed through analyzing the specific characteristics of innovation teaching requirements. Secondly, in order to overcome the shortages of low convergence speed of original BP neural network algorithm, the paper improves BP algorithm through integrating BP algorithm and ant colony algorithm, ant improving the overall search method of integrated algorithm. Thirdly data from three universities are taken for examples to verify the validity and feasibility of the model and the experimental results show that the model can evaluate university innovation teaching practically. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

We investigate the non-classical properties of two streams of photons passing the Mach-Zehnder interferometer, where the non-classical properties is measured by the reciprocal of mean quantum Fisher information per particle (RMQFIP) and the coherence visibility.
