To detect the welding torch position, recognize the seam orientation and improve the accuracy of seam tracking in robot welding, an intercrossing two stripes laser vision sensing was put forward, and a theoretical model of the welding torch height using the sensor was set up. Through extracting region of interest (ROI) in accordance with the image line derivative, making Otsu threshold segmentation and extracting Canny boundary, the distance between the up and down laser stripes and the central position of groove were obtained. The height of welding torch were obtained by the theoretical model of the welding torch height, and the weld accurate deviation and the welding seam trajectory direction was obtained by the up and down laser stripes and the central position of groove. The results show that, the theoretical model of welding torch height is correct, and the method can quickly realize the welding torch positioning and improve the accuracy of welding seam deviation recognition. Meanwhile it can also identify the welding seam trajectory direction, reduce prepositive errors and improve the intelligent level of welding robot. ©, 2015, Harbin Research Institute of Welding. In order to raise the stabilization, load capacity of mobile welding robots and to reduce the control complexity, a four wheel drive all wheel differential steering mobile welding robot mechanism was proposed. The differential steering principles of this mechanism were introduced and proved this mechanism had no sideslip. The differential steering deviation model was built with nonholonomic constraint method. Based on this model, a numerical simulation analysis of straight-arc-straight trajectory was presented. As results, the rotation angle deviation is as 0.002137° and the deviation of rotation center is under 0.012 mm. Coupled resonator circuits are of importance for design of RF/microwave filters, in particular the narrow-band bandpass filters that play a significant role in many applications. Microstrip stepped impedance resonator with inner coupling are used to realize miniaturization. The coupling coefficient k and external quality factor Q of the filter are obtained by full-wave analysis. According to the extracted curves, the geometrical dimension of the filter is figured. At last, a 1.52 GHZ microstrip band-pass filter is designed and the transmission characteristic is measured by experiment to validate the design. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

With recent advances in wireless technologies, Radio frequency identification (RFID) becomes an important enabling technology for the management system. RFID system is a high efficient information collection system. It consists of two major components, one is reader and the other is tag. If it can be used in the management of the people in the campus, the effect is great. As the Internet information technology is widely applied, it has been used in varied sectors to support data transmission and information processing. In order to ensure the security of data transmission, network reliability has been paid great attention to. As network reliability is mainly influenced by transport protocol, a detailed analysis is needed to reduce its negative effects, during which analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a good way. This study analyses factors which can influence network reliability based on AHP, and concludes that the network reliability mode based on AHP will promote network construction through a contrastive analysis between the application mode of AHP and calculation.

In terms of the operator Nambu 3-bracket and the Lax pair (L, Bn) of the KP hierarchy, we propose the generalized Lax equation with respect to the Lax triple (L, Bn, Bm). The intriguing results are that we derive the KP equation and another integrable equation in the KP hierarchy from the generalized Lax equation with the different Lax triples (L, Bn, Bm). Furthermore we derive some no integrable evolution equations and present their single soliton solutions. © 2015 Copyright: the authors.
