To automatically obtain the real-time data of electric power information equipments and improve management level on intelligent inspection, a technical framework based on internet of things (IOT) is provided for information equipment inspection in electric power system. It provids new data sources efficiently and improves intelligent inspection level. Architecure of the proposed three layer framework is given. And key technologies and functions are discussed. Finally three layer software constuct is illustrated. After the upgrading the existing system, the results show inspection system based on IOT is more secure, reliable, and easy to use and maintain. In order to offer assistance for the quantity estimation and analysis of time delay of three-electrode trigatron switches, a numerical model of the time delay was derived based on the electronic avalanche development theory and the streamer theory. In the model, whether the electrical field satisfied the Raether breakdown criterion for streamer formation was proposed to explain the difference of breakdown modes. To verify the mathematical model, a three-electrode trigatron gap was fabricated, and its characteristics in dry air were determined experimentally. Moreover, the influence of some different parameters on the gap's breakdown time was discussed, and it was found the gap more likely worked in directly breakdown mode. The experimental results and analysis demonstrate that the delay time curve can be divided into three regions by two inflection points of under-voltage ratio. The first inflection point is the low limit of under-voltage ratio for reliable breakdowns, and the second one is a transition point of the gap's breakdown mechanism. Considering the working reliability, the experimental results show that the operating voltage range of 0.5~0.7 is reasonable, providing a reference for design of three-electrode trigatron switches. Proportional-resonant is introduced in PFC controller design and the coefficients are easy to tune. Zero-tracking-error can be achieved for the fundamental frequency and selective harmonic compensation can be achieved as well. This paper proposes a new power electronic transformer (PET) to be used for distribution system, which is composed of the three-stage power circuits. The input stage uses Modular Multilevel Converter(MMC) to reduce the voltage stress rating of components, meanwhile, the harmonic components in the current will be deduced significantly, to make DC capacitor voltage of MMC rectifier balance, a control method is proposed. The isolation stage use a middle-frequency transformer to realize voltage conversion and isolation of the low-voltage side from the high-voltage side. In the third-stage, a inverter outputs the desired voltage and power to the load.
