Using natural dye ginkgo leaves as raw materials, the dye liquid was extracted by microwave method, water bath method and ultrasonic extraction method, and the suck photometric of this three extraction liquid were tested. The 25 tex cannabis/mulberry fiber/wool 60/20/20 blended yarn was dyed by the extracted liquid. The four factors of pH value, dyeing temperature, mordant dosage, and penetration agent dosage were used to analyze dyeing effect. On the basis of the above four factors, three level of orthogonal experiment was designed to dye the blended yarn, the color fastness of the orthogonal samples was tested. The results showed that the absorbance of the pigment extractedby microwave-assisted extraction method was the highest, and the best dyeing techniques as; osmotic dosage of 1.5 mL, and mordant 15 mL, dyeing pH value 10, dyeing temperature 60°C. The color fastness and wet fastness of cannabis/mulberry fiber wool blended yarn after dyeing achieve level 3 or above.

The popularization and application of water-soluble PVA fiber opened up a new way for light and economic wool fabric. The process of light-weight tweed using the doubled yarn of wool and PVA was investigated. The doubled yarn of 35.7 tex wool and 13.5 tex PVA as warp was woven with 35. 7 tex wool yarn as weft by Rapier, which could reduce weaving breakage and improve efficiency. The thin tweed was formed by removing PVA and finishing. The key technology of every process was introduced. The technological difficulty was analyzed and the corresponding measures were given. The thin tweed feels thin, smooth, waxy and flexible. It could be made of high fashion.

Particle tweed is a fashion leisure fashion fabric suitable for young urban people. In the paper, the process of particle tweed was explored. To ensure grain tweed style characteristics, the three tops of rayon, polyester and polyamide with stable and good quality was spun with silk particles and then plied, which was used as warp(20.62 tex ×2). The plied wool yarn was used as weft(20.83 tex ×2). The warp and weft was woven by rapier. The key technology of every process was introduced. The technological difficulty was analyzed and the corresponding measures were given. The fabric feels soft and active. The unique luster of fabric and the slight particles give a natural feeling of harmony. It is suitable for production of young female fashion.

This paper mainly tells about the craft process of Viloft/Cashmere blended knitting yarn spun on air jet vortex spinning system. According to the performance of fibers, a reasonable production process and right process parameters were set. Viloft/cashmere 80/20 19. 7 tex air-jet vortex knitting yarn was spun by setting necessary technical parameters. The yarn conforms to the demand of knitting that the filoplume and yarn evenness are excellent, and the breaking strength is moderate after testing. That means spinning cashmere blended yarn on air-jet vortex spinning system is feasible.

This paper mainly studied a new composite yam with a flash effect spun on traditional cotton spinning equipment and Siro spinning technique, and it used dyeing bamboo fiber, cashmere and silk ( filament ) as raw materials. Spinning solution and the production process were designed after analyzing raw materials performance. The process design and technical measures were discussed before spinning dyeing bamboo/cashmere/bullion thread Sirofil spun composite yam. The yam test results showed that the performance of the yarn hairiness and evenness performance was excellent, fully conform to the requirements of the weaving.
