The reliability of grid-connected inverter is related to the safety of grid and itself. The main circuit of grid-connected inverter is made up by a number of switch devices, and switch device has short or open-circuit fault. An open circuit fault diagnosis method of switch devices for three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is proposed accord to the characteristics of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter. The voltage between the grid neutral point and the negative terminal of DC side is different from that of normal working, when the switch devices open-circuit fault of grid-connected inverter occurs. As a character, the voltage is taken, and the grid voltage vector angle based on the unit power factor photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is combined for reference to diagnosis the open-circuit fault devices. Simulation and experimental results show that this method can locate open-circuit fault devices accurately in a current cycle. ©, 2014, Diangong Jishu Xuebao/Transactions of China Electrotechnical Society. In the C/S mode, according to the characteristics of data organization of tile map, the method is proposed by adopting ArcEngine customized layer to draw and project the Tile Map dynamically. The thread pool, asynchronous access technology, cache, and Net memory management mechanisms are combined to improve the efficiency of the implementation process and user interoperability. In addition, taking into consideration that the tile mosaic technology on Win32 library is specially suitable for processing small amount of data, whereas the tile mosaic technology on open source GDAL library is fit for large amount of data, the two methods are combined to implement efficiently tile mosaic. Finally, the urban planning information inquiry system shows the feasibility of the proposed method. Source

Due to enhanced economic production as well as incentivized demanding supply management (DSM) strategies, solar photovoltaics (SPV) have experienced a phenomenal global annual growth rate but with a very limited contribution from the personal consumption sector, especially that of on-grid decentralized SPV. One of the reasons for this lies in the difficulties involved in unlocking the traditional production paradigm and lifestyle, based on centuries of conventional fossil-energy consumption. In response, this paper examines the case of Nine Dream Island in Nanjing, China, a pioneer of post-fossil emerging power supply communities providing on-grid SPV, to reveal the obstacles that lie beyond technological and economic factors involved. Empirical data including in-depth interviews illustrate the politico economic strategies of these communities in creating a new post-fossil production and consumption paradigm. In particular, it is suggested that, despite the National Development and Reform Commission's economic driving force in the form of 0.42 ¥/kW h state subsidies in Nanjing, the complex pattern of governance structures and institutional arrangement characteristics overwhelmingly impedes public acceptance of a low-carbon model of production and consumption. Overall, the paper helps to shed light on the development and adoption of SPV as a post-fossil consumption and production technology in new market countries where administration forces provide a more important role in creating a new path-dependence for the adaptation of innovation technologies. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd. For the purpose of improving the campus parking berth's utilization efficiency in central city, campus shared-use parking decision was built, which was a two-layer model of berth allocation. The upper model proposed four types of judgment criteria on shared-use parking rules considering the parking supply and demand characteristics and reserved berth requirements. The lower model predicted parking demand time-varying state, proposed the improved SEM-Logit parking choice behavior model to simulate the actual process of car park and proposed shared-use berths dynamic allocation process. Three parameters were defined to evaluate the sharing effects, including shared berth utilization efficiency, illegal parking ratio and berth occupancy ratio. Nanjing Medical University with the surrounding residential parking lots was taken as an example to validate the model. The results show that the campus parking sharing time session should be set during 7:00-8:00, 10:00-12:00 and after 16:00, while the residential affiliated parking lots focus on 7:00-10:00 and 12:00-15:00. Campus should open the parking berth to residential area at night, while residential area should open in morning and in afternoon. After setting shared-use parking, oversaturated parking at campus and residential area reduces significantly and berth utilization efficiency improves. © 2015, Xi'an Highway University. With the impact of large-scale wind power integration on power systems increasingly obvious, wind farms are required be equipped with the adjusting ability of active power that can control active power output of wind farms. Considering the situation that variable pitch wind turbines coexist with fixed pitch turbines in some wind farms, this paper presents an active power control strategy considering combined control of fixed and variable pitch wind turbines, with priority of analyzing the adjustable potential of wind farms, reducing the fixed pitch wind turbine start-stop frequency by adjust the variable pitch wind turbines. If the adjustment of variable pitch wind turbines cannot meet the requirement, the fixed pitch turbines will be controlled. In this paper, the least impacting units are selected to participate in start-stop control, to reduce the control overshoot as far as possible. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy has been verified by calculation of the data acquired from a wind farm in Inner Mongolia. ©, 2015, Power System Technology Press.
