BBHG-5000 large pre-vacuum batch furnace is applicable to the precise carburizing and quenching processing of large size parts. The temperature and atmosphere controlling is better than the normal pit or batch furnace, it can efficiently reduce the inner grain oxidation and part distortion. A lead-free glass-ceramic coating to prevent surface oxidation of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy during heat processing was prepared, and phase compositions of the coating and the oxygen-enriched layer of Ti-6Al-4V specimens were investigated respectively. The results show that the phase compositions of the coating is glass before heating, and there is crystallization phases after heating which is benefit for coating spalling from the surface of titanium alloy, the oxygen-enriched layer thickness of the coated alloy is small. Thus the present glass-ceramic coating can provide better antioxidant protection to the alloy hot processing in the temperature range of 500-1000℃. Source

This paper discusses in detail the development and application of multi use furnace, carburizing furnace, vacuum furnace special temperature sensor. The practice shows that the properties of domestic temperature sensor special for multipurpose furnace, carburizing furnace, vacuum furnace reaches the advanced level of similar products in the developed countries, that can completely replace the imported. Perfection of the system of standards and formulation of relevant standards and codes are propitious to specification for the production of enterprises, especially in the heat treatment equipment manufacturing, make them have laws to abide, and can further reduce the energy consumption and pollution and improve the control precision and the reliability of equipment. In this paper, according to the characteristics of heat treatment production equipment, the evaluation index of clean energy saving heat treatment equipment were stipulated five indexes including basic requirements, technical requirements, reliability requirements, energy consumption and waste emission limit.
