Based on the analysis of the characteristics and mineralization process of the polymetallic ore deposit in South China, this paper applies the improved nonlinear technology (GA-SVM) to the metallogenic prognosis, and provides a new idea for the prediction of the favorable degree of mineralization. On the basis of the analysis of the South China ore district mineralization favorable degree, select 28 learning samples and 10 geological variables related to ore-forming. Support vector machine (SVM) method based on genetic algorithm(GA) is applied for the construction of the mineralization favorable model, and compare with the prediction results of BP neural network model. The results show that the GA-SVM regression model can well predict the nonlinear relationship between the favorable degree and the geological variables. When the number of samples are limited, GA-SVM has higher fitting precision than BP neural network, more suitable for nonlinear metallogenic prediction work. Metallogenic favorability analysis helps to understand the process of polymetallic deposit, with strong promotion significance. Copyright © 2016, AIDIC Servizi S.r.l.

With thick-wall cylinders as the researched object, the paper adopts a novel cold-extrusion technology, namely electro-hydraulic cold-extrusion, to apply vibration signals into a traditional cold extrusion technology. With volume effects of vibration processing as the theoretical basis, Deform-3D software was used to conduct numerical simulation of metal materials under a traditional extrusion type and an extrusion mode with vibration respectively. Evolution processes of metal flow lines and metal grid flow under two kinds of extrusion types were analyzed and compared in details. Through experimental research, computational results of numerical simulation were verified. Metal flow lines at corners of molded parts were observed and analyzed in particular. Researched results show that the metal flow velocity increased and the bending level of cross-section flow lines of the metal decreased after applying vibration signals compared with the traditional extrusion type. The research indicated that vibration promoted metal flow, reduced resistance of the metal flow, and obtained more uniform deformation of metal materials during plastic molding. Research achievements obtained in this paper provide important theoretical and practical engineering values for effectively applying vibration in mechanical processing fields. © JVE INTERNATIONAL LTD.

Fuel cell power generation system is one of the friendly, non-polluting and efficient power generation technologies. It has the advantage of zero pollution and extensive application prospects. Compared with other fuel cells, solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) has high conversion efficiency and long use cycle, thereby raising people's attention. At the same time, the solid oxide fuel cell has high sensitivity and it can detect a variety of gases. SOFC has a long service life, and it has great potential in gas detection applications. In this paper, we study the solid oxide fuel cell generator system. The system can release the inductor energy on the converter and reduce the charge time. In the meantime, we add a flyback winding transformer to the DC/DC converter. In the aspect of inverter, we use the fuzzy PID control strategy. Therefore, when the output voltage of the solid oxide fuel cell is unstable, the corresponding control output will be adjusted by monitoring system.

According to the chemical composition and properties of cast aluminum alloys, four-element immersion zinc process was designed and used as the pretreatment for copper electroplating. Heating method was employed to measure the adhesion property of electroplating coating. SEM and XRD were applied to analyze the coating morphology and phase structure. The results show that with the increase of immersion zinc time, the density of zinc coating increased. The optimal time of immersion zinc was 60 ~ 90 s. The pretreatment process of four-element immersion zinc can enhance the adhesion of electroplating coating. The XRD result indicated that the copper electroplating coating was crystal structure. The pyrophosphate copper plating coating had a coarse surface and many pinholes. After sulfate copper plating, the coating surface became smooth, and pinhole defect was controlled efficiently. © 2016, Shanghai Research Institute of Materials. All rights reserved.

Moving object index method is the key technology for moving object data base, the performance of which determines the efficiency of the whole data base system. Upon the request for temporal query, this article focuses on moving object index for full temporal query, proposes a moving object index structure FT tree for temporal query, invites theories of various versions into TPR tree, improves the TPR tree that supports future query, and keeps various versions of TPR tree effectively to realize past, present and future temporal query. © 2011 IEEE.

Model predictive control (MPC) differs from other control methods mainly in implementation of the control actions. In this paper, the tracking error performance index of rolling optimization of predictive control is designed for a class of nonlinear systems by the relative degree, then employed to design controller for robot manipulator. In other words, the robot manipulator's reference trajectory is based on Taylor expansion, and the actual trajectory is substituted into the performance cost function which is derivated for minimum to obtain the controller. Then the performance analysis for the closed system is made. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method based on Taylor expansion. © 2014 Kavala Institute of Technology.

In this paper, an online receding robust predictive control scheme is proposed for input-constrained semi-trailer system with delay and disturbance. The controller method meets the requirements of control constraint and, based on dual-mode control, the method is obtained by online optimization of performance index. The performance index is the cumulative sum of quadratic weighted value of minimal states. Controller output is calculated by means of linear matrix inequality (LMI), and the controller itself can ensure the asymptotic stability and disturbance attenuation of semi-trailer closed-loop system. Finally, simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the method. © 2014 SERSC.

A series of composite PC films with different morphologies are fabricated through a facile approach. The effects of different surface morphologies and the stopband positions of composite PC films on photoluminescence (PL) behaviors are systematically investigated. We observe that the PL on composite PC surfaces can be manipulated. When dyes enter into interstitial space of PC films without photo-crosslinkage, inhibited spontaneous emission is evident and emission is enhanced at the blue edge of photonic stopband. When dyes are deposited on outer surface of composite PC films, inhibited spontaneous emission disappears, but an obvious enhancement of the emission is achieved, where the composite PC surface acted as a Bragg mirror. The study will be of great guideline for future development of highly efficient optical devices. © 2013 Elsevier B.V.
