This paper presents the boilingcharacteristics of the refrigerant mixture of R744/R1270 flowing through the horizontal smooth tube of 4mmID and 5mm OD. Experimental results on the heat transfer coefficient, inner wall temperature, exergyand Nusselt number of refrigerant mixture of R744/R1270 are presented. The refrigerant mixture R744/R1270 in combinations of 25/75, 50/50 and 75/25 is studied at different mass flux conditions. It is found that the mixture combination of R744/R1270as75/25 at all mass flux except at a mass flux of 60 kg/m2 s gives maximum heat transfer. © October 2013 IJENS.

It’s evident from the past that there is a lack of effective information sharing system during the emergency situation. Hence there is a need for more efficient and flexible information sharing system during the case of emergency. To meet these requirements there is a need to propose an access control mode for controlled information sharing with the help of an application that need to connected to the server with the help of the web services. Flexible information sharing is enforced using an emergency policy, where the temporary access control policies override the regular policies during the emergency situation and are being instantiated by the emergency policies. A tacp template describes the new access right that is needed to be enforced during the emergency situation. Administration policies are considered to be more crucial task in all application scenarios and this is one of the main concerns of this paper. Emergency policy specification requires both a security expert as well as an expert of a domain considered emergencies. © Research India Publications.

Many of the new technologies designed to help worldwide communication-e.g.: telephones, computers-have created new problems especially among the hearing and visually impaired. A person, who has severe hearing impairments, leads to deafness, may experience difficulties in communication. Conversely, someone with visual impairments has the similar difficulties. This paper discusses the issues and challenges met by visually and vocally challenged people. It also led to the development of language interpretation between them. Speech and text recognition is a technological implementation which is highly useful for hearing and visually impaired people to make their communication easier. Often people suffering from such disability have normal vision and therefore they are able to communicate through sign or gestures. This system through a wearable camera converts signs into text with the help of onboard electronic system. The other person who may not know sign language can read this text. Also the same text can be heard as speech by onboard voice synthesizer. Further, when the other person speaks the system will convert the speech into a text and sign language with the help of onboard voice recognizer system and communicator respectively. Hence this system makes communication easier between vocally and visually challenged people.
