Methylobacterium, a group of organism which oxidizes methane and C1 carbon compounds. Some of these organism forms pink color colonies when they are cultivated in selective media, called Ammonium Mineral Salt Medium. The present investigation is mainly focused to optimize their growth factors, like PH, Temperature, Media modulation and Substrate optimization and their inhibitors of growth. Because Methylobacterium have fertilizer value and they also act as potential Bioinoculant for improving crop production. Source

Methylotrophs a group of organism, have the ability to oxidise C1 carbon compounds. This organism promotes the plant growth by producing plant growth hormones. So this organism can be used as bioinoculant to improve crop production. Mass production of Methylobacterium has some constraints. To overcome the problems existing during the mass production of Methylobacterium a new media is formulated with the contents of Methanol, Peptone, and Cycloheximide to prevent the fungal and bacterial contamination. These media favors the growth of effectively since it is a C1 utilizer. Source

Secure transmission without node failure in Mobile Ad hoc Network is a challenging issue because of the absence of centralized administration, openness in the network topology and limited batter power in the nodes. In order to enhance the security of network and protect the nodes from vulnerabilities, this paper proposes a novel trust based power aware routing scheme which uses fuzzy logic prediction rules to select the most trustable path. The path obtained by using this scheme not only includes the nodes with high trusted values but also excludes the nodes which have low residual battery power. We have integrated the proposed model into the popular DSR routing protocol. Our novel on-demand trust-based source routing protocol for MANETs, called as Trust based Power Aware DSR routing protocol (FTP-DSR), provides a flexible and feasible method to choose the route that meets the security requirement of data packets transmission. Experiments have been conducted to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed mechanism in malicious node identification and attack resistance. The results show that FTP-DSR improves packet delivery ratio and reduces average end-to-end latency when compared to the standard DSR routing. Source

Aim: In vitro propagation methods can be applied to conserve medicinal plant or to sustain the productivity of the biologically active compounds. An efficient in vitro plant regeneration protocol was developed for the medicinally potent Phyllanthus niruri L. (Euphorbiaceae) using nodal segment as explant. Methods: In this study, two different media were used to test the individual effects of growth regulators in shoot and callus initiation and also to evaluate the ability of different basal media which supports the establishment of shoot culture. Results:Maximum multiplication of shoots (15.28±0.96) was achieved on Murashige and Skoog's medium supplemented with BA (0.5 mg/L) after 3-4 weeks of inoculation. To induce callus culture, explants were oriented in both horizontal and vertical position on the surface of the medium. The results were comparatively promising when the explants oriented horizontally. The shoots were separated from cluster and subcultured for their elongation on the same medium. Individual in vitro shoot of P. niruri could produce normal root systems when they were cultured on basic MS medium without any plant growth regulator. Conclusion:The results obtained reveals that the low cost system is now available for large scale production of selected clones and is necessary because of its medicinal potentiality is concerned.
