Taken the comprehensive evaluation method of urban traffic as the research object, the thesis adopts the Delphi method and AHP method to constitute urban transportation evaluation index system, and then, use DHGF algorithm to determine the weights and the fuzzy relationship matrix, thirdly, establishes the corresponding fuzzy evaluation model. Finally, an evaluation example is demonstrated and the results of the evaluation is quantified. Source

In this paper a transit fleet management model is developed to make vehicle purchase and replacement decisions under environmental and technological constraints. The overall objective is to find cost-minimizing strategies under reduction goals for various pollutants. The cost effectiveness of solution is also analyzed. The results show that the model can provide strategies for fleet owners or government administrators to deal with the issues of sustainable transit system. Source
